Luca glanced at his wife in confusion, wondering what had put her in such a foul mood. Was she upset because he'd given her the cold shoulder since they arrived? But she already knew the reason.
"Your Majesty, our king's purpose in sending us here is not merely to congratulate you." The lion demoness's melodious voice caught Luca's attention.
"So," Luca replied coldly, "your goal is to destroy the foundation of my rule?"
