When she saw the familiar figure standing before her, she immediately breathed a sigh of relief. "Greetings, Uncle Deon. I heard you infiltrated the Demon Land to discover the emperor's weakness. I'm relieved to see you're safe."
"What are you doing here? And how did the Moon Artifact end up in your hands?"
"It isn't the real artifact—it's only a replica. The elder gods entrusted it to me so I could capture the emperor."
"I remember very clearly that they told me I could take as much time as I needed to complete my mission. Why are they suddenly in such a hurry?"
"Because the God of Fate has received a prophecy. A tremendous change will occur within the demon clan, and a great calamity will eventually befall the God Realm. They believe the emperor is somehow connected to that disaster."
