Chapter 293 - The Allied Shinobi Forces Technique | Nothing More Than a Disorganized Rabble

The Eight-Tails leapt directly in front of Kakashi and the others, curling its eight tentacles into a dense protective shield. When the Ten-Tails' Tailed Beast Bomb collided with the Eight-Tails' body, the colossal laser beam fragmented, dispersing violently in every direction.

BOOM!

Countless mushroom clouds erupted across the horizon.

As the devastating rays of light finally dissipated, only a single severed octopus leg remained of the Eight-Tails, while all nine of the Nine-Tails' tails were completely shattered.

Witnessing this, Kanon remarked callously, "They sure are resilient. Even that didn't finish them off."

Madara cast a sideways glance at Kanon, who was casually resting with her legs crossed beside him. She was undeniably a member of the Uchiha clan; both her physique and appearance were peak refinement. Kanon was breathtakingly beautiful, amidst the chaos of this blood-soaked battlefield, she stood out like an exquisitely crafted porcelain doll.

"Who knows?" Madara replied flatly. "Look at the sky first."

Gazing up at the sky, Guy's expression twisted into utter shock. "Hey! Naruto... Could it be..."

"Don't panic, Bushy-Brows Sensei!"

"Beautifully handled, Naruto! Pinpoint accuracy on that throw!" the Nine-Tails roared.

Sure enough, positioned directly above the Ten-Tails, Naruto's shadow clone alongside Kakashi came hurtling straight toward the three individuals atop the beast's head.

"Did we focus too much attention on the Ten-Tails?" Obito ground his teeth.

"Kanon sensed them a while ago. I merely want to see what they intend to achieve," Madara sneered.

"Here we go! Kamui!" Kakashi bellowed. The space directly in front of him warped violently, and the hornless, colossal form of the Eight-Tails materialized out of thin air, falling right on top of the trio.

Seeing the plan succeed, Guy shouted with pure excitement, "So there was an octopus leg that didn't get transported away earlier!"

"B-sama! Eight-Tails!" Kakashi yelled.

"Right into your eyeballs!" the Eight-Tails roared, unleashing a fully charged Tailed Beast Bomb from its gaping jaws at point-blank range.

Throughout the sequence, the Ten-Tails remained perfectly still. Smiles began to break across Naruto and Kakashi's faces.

"It has to hit!" Naruto screamed.

The Ten-Tails didn't even blink, and neither Madara nor Obito made a single move to defend.

In that exact fraction of a second, the casually seated Kanon activated her eyes, her Three-Tomoe Sharingan spinning instantly into the design of her Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. With both her hands flat against the Ten-Tails' flesh, the Eight-Tails' massive Tailed Beast Bomb phased completely through the beast's colossal frame without dealing an ounce of damage.

It was Kanon's signature Flower Realm!

"Flawless judgment and exceptional execution. Well done, Kanon," Madara praised with a soft chuckle.

"That's why I said you two old-timers should just sit back and take a rest," Kanon replied smoothly.

"You really are arrogant. Besides, I am not old," Obito muttered, visibly annoyed.

"Alright. How do we deal with the three flies hovering above us?" Madara asked, his eyes scanning the airborne enemies.

Kanon let out a cold laugh. Behind her, a massive plume of white smoke erupted as a shadow clone stepped forward, wielding a Sage Art: Massive Rasengan. The immense spinning sphere struck the descending Eight-Tails dead-on, blasting its massive form backward.

As Kakashi and the original Naruto continued to plummet toward them, Kanon's shadow clone manifested the crimson ribcage of her Susanoo, drawing a massive chakra blade. Realizing the danger, Naruto violently shoved Kakashi out of the path of the attack. The crimson broadsword sliced clean through the air, instantly popping Naruto's shadow clone out of existence.

Had Kakashi remained where he was, Kanon's blade would have severed him in half.

Watching the scene unfold, Obito was suddenly reminded of his own past, the moment he had thrown his life away to ensure Kakashi's survival. Seeing Naruto willingly sacrifice a clone to push Kakashi out of harm's way made Obito realize just how much Naruto mirrored his former self.

"Indeed... you are nothing more than a younger version of me."

The Eight-Tails and Kakashi were sent hurtling backward as a tremendous explosion rocked the upper sky. The Nine-Tails swiped its paw through the air, catching Kakashi while stabilizing the Eight-Tails' momentum.

Finally, the Nine-Tails' chakra completely evaporated.

"Kurama! How could you give out at a time like this?!" Naruto yelled frantically within his inner subconscious.

"It was roughly eight minutes. I held out longer than last time, but this is the absolute limit," Kurama replied gruffly. "Hold your ground while I knead more chakra."

Naruto shook his head in bitter resignation; they were completely out of options. The Eight-Tails reverted back to Killer B's human form. They had officially reached the end of the line, their Tailed Beast chakra was utterly spent.

"B, I need to take a breather too... I've hit my limit..." the Eight-Tails wheezed internally.

Might Guy, looking the most worse for wear, collapsed flat onto his stomach, gasping desperately for air as he stared up at the two Tailed Beasts. "When exactly... are you going to patch me up?!"

Kakashi remained completely silent. Having used Kamui to warp the Eight-Tails in and out of his pocket dimension, his chakra reserves were entirely drained, leaving him utterly exhausted.

Seeing all four of them panting heavily and unable to move, Obito turned to Kanon. "It appears the chakra of the Eight and Nine-Tails is temporarily depleted."

"Then it is our turn to strike." Kanon stood up slowly, her crimson Uchiha trench coat fluttering in the wind. Her long black hair framed her flawless, delicate face as she locked eyes with Naruto in the distance.

Naruto met her gaze, clapping his hands together into the hand sign for the Multi-Shadow Clone Technique.

"Shadow clones again?" Kanon murmured flatly.

Madara added with immense disdain, "Your signature shadow clones? Even if it is a forbidden high-level ninjutsu, all it does is multiply the number of useless weaklings. Your Multi-Shadow Clone Technique will never hold a candle to Kanon's."

"I am not a weakling!" Naruto yelled back.

"Stop, Naruto! Creating shadow clones that further divide your remaining chakra is utterly pointless right now," Kakashi warned strictly. "Even if they serve as a diversion, they cannot deliver a decisive blow. If you fall, this war is lost."

"Nothing more than a disorganized rabble," Madara muttered indifferently.

"A dis... organized... rabble?" Naruto blinked, utterly confused by the vocabulary.

"As expected of a simpleton," Madara sighed in resignation.

Obito was about to explain the idiom, but Kanon burst into a fit of mocking laughter, pointing a finger directly at Naruto. "Hahaha! Naruto! I explained that idiom to you years ago! How on earth did you manage to forget it?!"

"Oh! Right, I remember now!" Naruto's mind flashed back to his childhood; Kanon had indeed explained the concepts of a 'disorganized rabble,' 'weaklings,' and 'trash' to him long ago.

Obito spoke up, his voice cold and hollow: "Both you and I are nothing more than powerless shinobi in this world. You, too, in fact, every single person alive... will eventually end up exactly like me!"

Naruto ground his teeth, glaring fiercely at Obito. "I will never turn into something like you! How many times do I have to tell you?! The person I want to become... is the Hokage!"

Obito and Kanon exchanged a brief, knowing glance before Obito spoke flatly, "Do not worry, everything will proceed seamlessly. There is no ninjutsu in existence capable of overcoming the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Within that grand jutsu, I can grant you your wish of becoming the Hokage."

At that moment, the Ten-Tails beneath their feet began rapidly compressing an incredibly dense Tailed Beast Bomb.

"Therefore... vanish along with this pathetic world!" Kanon's three-tomoe eyes spun erratically as a manic, twisted laugh escaped her lips.

The Ten-Tails unleashed a catastrophic beam. The resulting explosion completely vaporized everything in its path, yet, the trajectory had veered completely off-target.

Watching the massive mushroom cloud rise harmlessly in the distant background, Obito scoffed. A sudden intrusion from the Mind Transfer Jutsu had disrupted his focus for a split second, causing the Tailed Beast Bomb to miss entirely.

"It missed? Did they do that on purpose?" Might Guy asked, completely bewildered.

Right at that moment, the forces of the Hidden Leaf Village arrived, flanking Kakashi.

Hiashi Hyuga called out loudly, "Kakashi, sorry to keep you waiting!"

"They've finally arrived?"

"Even with the aid of the Byakugan to execute the most precise Mind Transfer imaginable, it was shattered in a mere two seconds," Ino muttered, cold sweat pouring down her forehead.

"But you still managed to force that monstrosity's attack off-course. Brilliant job," Hiashi praised calmly.

Hinata looked past Naruto toward the distant, hysterically laughing Kanon, a look of deep worry etching across her features. "Naruto... are you alright?"

"Don't go pushing yourself just because you're standing in front of Hinata, Naruto!" Kiba teased with a confident smirk.

The members of the Aburame clan had also arrived on the scene, though Shino Aburame was tragically no longer among them.

"Secret Technique: Insect Bog Jutsu!"

Countless swarms of insects blanketed the air, while adjacent shinobi from the Hidden Mist Village unleashed the Hiding in Mist Technique. Thick, impenetrable fog rolled across the terrain, completely obscuring the area from view.

"Naruto, we're here!" Shikamaru and Choji called out as they made their entrance.

Shikamaru scanned the immediate perimeter. "Perfect. With this cover, they won't be able to pinpoint our locations easily."

Darui, Omoi, and the rest of the Allied forces flooded the battlefield. At this very moment, every single division of the Allied Shinobi Forces had finally converged. Seeing Sakura approach, Naruto spoke softly, "Sakura! You need to go to..."

"I know!" Sakura interrupted, immediately channeling medical ninjutsu to treat Kakashi's exhaustion.

The arrival of the Allied Shinobi Forces instantly reignited a fierce spark of hope within Killer B and the others, who had been on the brink of absolute despair.

Deep within the Allied Shinobi Forces Headquarters, Ao turned to Shikaku Nara, confirming that all divisions had successfully arrived at the front lines.

"First Division has arrived!" Darui bellowed.

"Second Division has arrived!" Akatsuchi roared.

"Third Division has arrived!" Sai called out.

"Fourth Division has arrived!" Shikamaru shouted.

Mifune unsheathed his samurai blade, leading his warriors forward. "Fifth Division has also arrived."

"The Medical Division has arrived!" Shizune called out to the gathering forces.

"The Sensor Division has arrived!" a sensor ninja screamed.

As the fog grew increasingly dense, Madara remained standing with his arms crossed over his chest, the giant Uchiha Gunbai fan on his back emitting a subtle creaking sound. "Did you truly believe you could hide yourselves with such parlor tricks?" Madara muttered indifferently.

Behind him, the Ten-Tails whipped its colossal tails in a massive sweep. The sheer wind pressure from a single swing instantly blew away every trace of the surrounding fog.

In that spectacular moment, the vast, overwhelming army of tens of thousands of shinobi stood fully revealed.

"We aren't just some disorganized rabble anymore!"

"What you are looking at right now is the Allied Shinobi Forces Technique!"

"The greatest, most powerful, and ultimate jutsu in the entire history of shinobi!"

"This completely surpasses your Infinite Tsukuyomi, so memorize it well!" Naruto roared at Kanon, Obito, and Madara, his hands clapped firmly together with unwavering determination.

Gazing down at the massive mobilization of the Allied Shinobi Forces, Kanon merely crossed her arms beneath her fully developed, voluptuous chest. Her crimson Uchiha trench coat whipped violently in the gusting wind as her pale lips parted slightly.

"I believe I've made myself clear before… the era of shinobi is coming to an end."

"Before absolute, overwhelming strength, numbers mean absolutely nothing."

"Dying together in a ditch... I suppose that perfectly encapsulates your definition of teamwork," Kanon stated with chilling indifference, gently adjusting the fox mask resting on the left side of her forehead.
