Liam had no idea what to make of the situation. He recognized that weapon as tall as him, but the development simply made no sense.
Several meters away, Liam spotted the bear. Its nose was still a mess, but it was frozen on the spot, trembling among the boulders that had fallen on the shattered floor, too afraid to make a move.
Liam held back a gulp as he straightened, finally sending his gaze to the ceiling, not daring to tilt his head too much despite his mask getting in the way.
The sealed caves near the ceiling had larger yet still short plateaus to allow a more direct view of the battles below. The same went for the one where the explosion had unfolded, which now featured a woman in her forties standing on it, if you could call her that.
