Chapter 10 - chapter 10 the path of dead and marriage

Second path is death.

If you choose the path of death,

This is completely opposite of life.

You don't fear anything or anyone.

Do what you want to do, and don't do what you don't want to do. control your emotions with ease, and you never let others change your mind easily.

You don't need to bow your head to anyone.

If you want to kill one, then kill.

If you want to kill thousands, then kill them.

If you want to kill millions, then kill them.

You don't fear any consequences.

If you want to save someone's life, you save them—without thinking about gain or loss.

The world may say you are heartless, a demon, evil, or a sadist.

But you don't care about others opinions.

If you like what you do, then you do it.

If you don't like it, then you don't do it.

If you choose the path of death, you are already ready to die at any time.

One day, someone stronger than you may kill you.

But they don't control your life or death, because you already chose the path of death.

No one controls your heart nature.

You make the decisions of your life—no one forces you.

Totu looked at the moon and continued speaking.

"Life and death paths are like the sun and the moon.

Both are the same.

One day you see the sun's brightness and feel happy.

Another day you see the same sun's brightness, but you feel afraid because you are unhappy.

The sun never changes—only your heart nature changes.

One day you see the moonlight and stars, and you feel relaxed and peaceful because your mind is clear.

But when your heart nature is restless and your mind is full of confusion,

When you see the moon and stars, you only feel surrounded by darkness.

Even the moonlight cannot clear the shadows around you.

Even if you choose either the path of life or the path of death,

You still don't truly control your life and death.

In this world, countless dust surrounds you.

You see nothing but dust, yet dust controls everything.

When you notice one grain of dust, you try to capture it.

But when you finally capture it, you realize you are still surrounded by countless dust.

You never truly break free.

Dust exists everywhere in the world.

Dust is invisible, yet it has countless names—

Luck, destiny, fate, and so on—

All of them control everything."

Totu finished speaking.

The teacher and Toku listened silently.

When Totu finished, the teacher nodded his head lightly and spoke.

"Mm, yes. Your words are correct.

But you must remember—everything you spoke is only common understanding.

You may choose any path, but—"

The teacher paused for a moment, then continued.

"You must remember this: not everyone has the chance to choosen their own path.

Many people already live on paths chosen by others.

Some want to change their path, but it is extremely difficult.

Sometimes you see the way clearly, yet you still don't move forward,

Because you don't know what to do next.

Some people think they can walk two paths at once.

They believe everything will go smoothly.

But in the end, they realize everything was an illusion,

Because the world only allows two paths—this is an unspoken rule of order.

Some believe that becoming stronger will give them everything they want.

That is both true and false.

Some grow strong easily and get what they want easily.

Others work extremely hard to grow strong,

Yet still struggle to obtain what they desire.

Because in this world, if you want to prove yourself, you need two conditions:

First, opportunity.

Second, a powerful background.

Some believe becoming stronger will break the cage of life and death.

They don't realize the cage grows stronger along with them.

In this world, all living beings walk different paths—

Willingly or unwillingly.

That doesn't matter.

Nothing in this world is impossible.

But strong belief alone won't free you.

Only effort, endurance, and change shape your future."

The teacher stopped speaking and looked at Totu.

"Totu, now you have your own chance to choose your life path.

Tell me—what do you think?"

The teacher's face was calm, but his eyes were very serious.

This was extremely important to Totu's heart nature.

Toku also looked at Totu seriously.

When Totu heard the teacher's question, he didn't think at all.

He spoke immediately,

"I want to live in this mountain with teacher and Toku.

I don't want anything else.

I am already living happily."

Totu spoke without hesitation.

When the teacher and Toku heard Totu's words, both felt disappointed.

The teacher wanted to continue questioning, but when he saw Totu's innocent face, he stopped.

He knew the time had not yet come.

Toku looked at Totu and spoke in a playful tone.

"Totu, I know what you're thinking."

Totu and the teacher looked at Toku curiously.

Totu didn't understand—he wasn't thinking anything.

Totu spoke irritably,

"Puppy, you're talking nonsense again. I'll bite you."

Totu showed his teeth threateningly.

When Toku saw Totu's teeth, he froze for a moment.

Totu's secret weapon was terrifying.

Toku chose to ignore the threat.

"Hmph, baby boy, don't threaten me," Toku said playfully.

"Let me tell you what you're thinking."

Toku's golden eyes locked onto Totu's silver-blue eyes.

"Totu, you want to stay in the mountains. Am I right?" Toku asked.

Totu didn't understand what this shameless puppy was planning,

But he was curious.

Totu nodded calmly and looked at the moon and stars.

"Yes. I want to live peacefully in the mountains,

Fear nothing,

And follow teacher until my life ...."

Totu paused, then turned to Toku with an emotional yet playful tone.

"You are annoying and shameless,

But you are my heandome ugly little brother.

I have a responsibility to marry you to someone beautiful same you little puppy,

Because and I want cute and beautiful little puppies."

Totu said this seriously, then turned back to the stars.

When Toku heard totu words, he scoffed inwardly.

Hmph. You're the ugly one…

If one day I have childrens, I'll bring them along, and we'll all bite you together until you beg for mercy—

Suddenly, Toku froze.

What nonsense am I thinking?

He frowned inwardly, realizing his thoughts had gone completely off track. This Totu… he's disturbing my mind.

Shaking his head, Toku forced those absurd thoughts away and quickly regained his composure.

"…This Totu really disturbs my mind," Toku muttered.

Then Toku think something and smiled playfully and asked to totu,

"Okay. You want a peaceful mountain life.

But what about your marriage?"
