His name is Kairen Okabe– Haruto Okabe's older brother. He is currently in a coma and when he wakes up is unknown. As of August 16th 2025
Kairen is a victim of his father's attack. Before Haruto's arrival to the scene, he knocked Kairen while he was downstairs helping and carrying stuff to the kitchen. Kairen was knocked down by striking Kairen on the nape of the neck , without Kairen even noticing.
Fun fact about his name; Kairen is an Arabic name with a japanese twist– it is the word "Goodness" خير in Arabic while adding the "en" from japanese and since the خ /x/ does not exist in japanese and is usually converted to /k/ or /h/ sound in Japanese based on the mood/sound. So khairun خيرٌ from Arabic turns into Kairen, which is the how the Kairen's name came to be.
