The two energies collided.
On one side were Entei's fire, Suicune's water, and Raikou's lightning.
On the other side were Mewtwo's Psychic power, Tyranitar's Shukaku-infused sand power, and Charizard's Four-Tails-enhanced Lava Release flames.
Although Entei, Suicune, and Raikou had all reached god-level strength, Sam's side possessed the power of two Tailed Beasts as well as Mewtwo's overwhelming Psychic abilities. The gap between the two sides was not as large as Giovanni had imagined.
After the violent collision ended, Entei, Raikou, and Suicune were thrown to the ground.
On Sam's side, Mewtwo, Charizard, and Tyranitar were covered in injuries, but none of them had fallen.

Ignoring Giovanni, Sam walked toward Ho-Oh, Entei, Suicune, and Raikou.
He wanted to save them.
All four Legendary Pokémon were heavily injured.
At that moment, Mewtwo stepped forward and walked toward Entei.
Sam glanced at him.
"Can you save them?"
Mewtwo nodded.
By now, it had already realized that the human beside it was far more trustworthy than Giovanni.
Mewtwo activated its healing abilities.

Sam walked over and said,
"Ambition makes people lose themselves. You're no longer worthy of being the Viridian Gym Leader."
Giovanni remained silent.
He simply stared at the ground.
Sam didn't say anything else.
Giovanni had already lost everything.
The consequences of his actions would stay with him for the rest of his life.
Returning to his companions, Sam smiled.
"This trip wasn't a waste. We may not have uncovered Team Rocket's secrets, but we still managed to do something worthwhile."
Ho-Oh, Entei, Raikou, and Suicune let out low cries in response, expressing their gratitude.
Not far away, the Ho-Oh Guardians had also awakened.
Sam looked at Ho-Oh and said,
"Go back to your guardians. And don't let yourself be controlled by bad people again."
The four Legendary Pokémon nodded before departing one after another.
Finally, Sam looked toward Mewtwo.
Mewtwo silently nodded to him.
Then it turned around and disappeared into the depths of Cerulean Cave.
Sam watched Mewtwo leave and waved goodbye.
"What about Giovanni?"
Misty asked as she walked over.
At that moment, Giovanni sat quietly by himself, saying nothing.
Sam shook his head.
"Leave him alone. He'll have to face his own choices."
With that, Sam led everyone out of Cerulean Cave.
The adventure had finally come to an end.
