Itachi escaped the water blade as he threw multiple shuriken, which, after colliding with each other, attacked Tobirama from all directions.

Tobirama, seeing this, ignored all the shuriken and teleported to the nearest kunai, rushing towards Itachi while wielding his Flying Thunder Sword.

Itachi once again parried Tobirama's sword as he went for another attack. Although he had the Three-tomoe Sharingan, he still couldn't react to all of Tobirama's sword strikes, and he had already been hit many times.
'An opening.'
Tobirama, seeing Itachi's fourth opening, smiled inwardly as he pierced his sword through Itachi's chest. But instead of the familiar blood, a cracking sound came.

The next moment, Itachi exploded, forming lightning currents around the area. Though, unfortunately, Tobirama escaped from the lightning clone explosion.
Fire Style: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique
At the same moment, Itachi controlled multiple small fireballs and targeted all of Tobirama's kunai. Tobirama, who had just teleported, faced the small fireball and slashed it with his Thunder Sword, splitting it apart, though he still felt the heat on his face, leaving a slight burn scar.

Tobirama dodged Itachi's shuriken while spitting out a tsunami of water, which rushed towards Itachi as it filled the entire arena within seconds, forming a lake.

Seeing Tobirama controlling four water dragons to attack him, Itachi repeated the same as the contest of dragons began.
Genjutsu: Bringer-of-Darkness Technique
Seeing the tie in the Water Dragon Jutsu, Tobirama formed hand seals as Itachi lost his vision, seeing only darkness.
Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change
Itachi, facing the Genjutsu, didn't panic as, the next moment, the illusion was reflected back at Tobirama.
Shadow Clone Jutsu
Wind Style: Wind Blade Jutsu
Fire Style: Fire Bullet Jutsu
The next moment, Itachi formed two Shadow Clones as the main body and one Shadow Clone attacked with Ninjutsu, while the other Shadow Clone rushed towards the blinded Tobirama with his sword.
Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
Tobirama, sensing the chakra fluctuations as well as the sound of the clone's footsteps, formed a water barrier around him while trying to dispel the Genjutsu.

Teleporting to another part of the arena, Tobirama controlled the water to form multiple drill heads, which rushed towards Itachi. Although he couldn't see Itachi, he could still sense his presence. Though it was definitely not better than having eyes.

Itachi formed a water wall, blocking all the drill heads as the two clones rushed towards Tobirama with their swords.

In the next few minutes, the blind Tobirama fought the three of them while escaping with Flying Thunder God whenever he was cornered.

Finally, after many attempts, Tobirama escaped from the Genjutsu.
'Now.'
Clone Great Explosion
Just when Tobirama, after regaining his eyesight, was about to counter the two swords, both clones exploded without any warning....

Tobirama, directly hit by the explosion, flew like a rag doll, drowning in the water.
Water Style : Water Shark Bullet Jutsu
Seeing Tobirama still recovering, Itachi formed multiple water sharks, which dived into the water, ready to hunt him.

Hello, everyone!
I wanted to explain a few things regarding this battle.
First of all, some of you may be wondering why i chose Tobirama to fight 12-year-old Itachi when Obito was able to defeat the 13-year-old version. ( Nah, i really don't want to humiliate him...)
The answer is simple: Tobirama's objective isn't to clear the current round with the maximum score. He has two goals. The first is to advance in the tournament, and the second is to gather as much information as possible about Itachi from the battles ahead. Because of that, he deliberately chose a relatively easier version of Itachi—one he believed he could defeat while conserving enough stamina and focus for the upcoming matches.
Another thing I wanted to clarify is the strength of the current Itachi clone. This is before Itachi's transmigration. In other words, this is essentially the original Itachi's power, with only a slight enhancement. He does not know the EX-level Fūinjutsu , nor does he possess techniques like Chidori or Rasengan. That's why you won't see him using those abilities in this fight.
As for the battle itself, I'm honestly not sure how well I wrote it. I think I ended up using around a dozen different jutsu, and as far as I remember, every single one of them is canon. It was definitely a lot of fun to write, especially because it felt like a proper tactical shinobi battle.
Personally, I feel the fight is reaching its climax. I think the winner will be decided within the next three jutsu from each side.
