The entire Seireitei was filled with immense Reiatsu as all the still-moving captains and vice-captains of Gotei 13 stepped on the air surrounding Itachi, the Espada, and others.

"Hey, you can't accuse me like that. Aizen wasn't killed by me, or he isn't even dead." Hearing the false accusations, Itachi said with indignation.
"You can argue in Central 46 Chamber." Yamamoto didn't care about Itachi's words. The duty of Gotei 13 is to guard Soul Society and capture any intruders or enemies. As for punishment or proving innocence, you can do that in Central 46.
While Itachi and Yamamoto were conversing, the two captains, Tōsen and Gin, were standing in confusion. Was this also Aizen's plan?
In the entire Soul Society, only they and Aizen's subordinates know about his fake death. So, is Itachi also Aizen's secret subordinate? Itachi being with the Espada reinforced their belief.

But this wasn't the complete impact, as all the buildings and structures under the hundred-fold gravity instantly crumbled as the entire Seireitei looked as if a huge hand had pressed it.
After a few seconds, the increased gravity became normal, but except for the walls of Seireitei, which Itachi left intentionally, everything was destroyed.
Weaker Shinigami under lieutenant level were already unconscious, with many already dead. For lieutenant-level Shinigami, although they weren't unconscious, the sudden gravity shook them immensely.
