Chapter 144 - Chapter 145 Yellow Hair Yellow Hair?

Chapter 145 Yellow Hair Yellow Hair?

In the office of Hidden Stone Village, Onoki pondered for a long time before looking up at Han and asking, "If the Nine-Tails appears in the village, can you and the Five-Tails handle it?"

Upon hearing Onoki's question, Han closed his eyes, apparently going to ask King Kokuō about it in the sealed space.

After a while, Han opened his eyes and truthfully reported to Onoki, "We can't handle it. King Kokuō said that even with Goku, the two of them wouldn't be enough to defeat the Nine-Tails alone. The Nine-Tails is the strongest among them."

"The Nine-Tails is that strong?" Onoki said in disbelief.

To be honest, he found it hard to accept. How could two tailed beasts from their village combined not be able to defeat the Nine-Tails?

"However, Earth Shadow, King Kokuō also told me that the Nine-Tails has the worst temper among them, so unless the seal is broken, it won't be able to complete its tailed beast transformation," Han added.

Onoki was taken aback. If that was the case, then the threat of the Nine-Tails was not a concern. After all, given Uchiha Touhuan's personality, he shouldn't be capable of using his disciple, the orphan of the previous Hokage, as a disposable bomb.

However, after thinking it through, Onoki suddenly became angry again: "Does Uchiha Touhuan not take Hidden Stone Village seriously at all? He dares to take a Jinchuriki who can't even transform into a Tailed Beast and wander around the world like that. Isn't he afraid we'll steal the Nine-Tails?" The

Nine-Tails Jinchuriki was currently in a very vulnerable state, lacking both the power of the Tailed Beast and the strength to protect himself. Iwagakure was perfectly capable of forcibly seizing the Nine-Tails' power.

However, thinking of Uchiha Touhuan's complete Susanoo, Onoki could only force himself to calm down.

Uchiha Touhuan seemed to actually have the audacity to wander the world with a young Jinchuriki.

"Lord Earth Shadow, what should we do now?" Han asked at this moment.

"Keep an eye on Uchiha Touhuan and that Jinchuriki brat," Onoki gritted his teeth. "In short, we can't let that brat cause any trouble in Iwagakure. And you, hurry back and don't expose yourself to the village."

"Yes!" Han nodded and left to carry out the order.

"Sasuke, Neji, let's go out and have some fun. We've finally come all this way to Hidden Stone Village, and we haven't even had a proper look around yet,"

Naruto, who couldn't sit still, immediately invited Uchiha Touhuan and his group to go out after they arrived at the inn.

"Naruto, this is someone else's village after all. It's best not to wander around aimlessly. Besides, if our teacher finds out, he might be angry," Neji said.

"Hey, Neji, don't be such a spoilsport. Let's sneak out, he won't know," Naruto said. "Sasuke, what about you?"

"I'm not going either," Sasuke shook his head.

"Sigh, this is so boring. I'll go out by myself then." Naruto said, and then sneakily climbed out of the inn window and ran out.

All of this was under the watchful eyes of Uchiha Touhuan. Watching Naruto's furtive figure disappear into the night, Uchiha Touhuan chuckled to himself, thinking,

[I wonder what this kid can manage to do in Iwagakure?]

Just as Naruto quietly slipped into Hidden Stone Village's commercial district, a small explosion rang out in another corner of the village, and the door of a building opened with a bang.

"Hmph, you think you can lock me up with something like this?" Deidara arrogantly glanced back at the door that Onoki had locked him in, then swaggered into Iwagakure.

"I wonder where that old man lives today. I really wanted to have a proper discussion about art with him again," Deidara thought to himself as he strolled through the village, his head in his hands.

Once Deidara stepped onto the main street, he quickly cleared it. The villagers of Iwagakure avoided him like the plague.

It could be said that Deidara, despite not being a Jinchūriki, had treated himself like one in the village—a truly unprecedented feat.

Soon, only Naruto, a newcomer unfamiliar with Hidden Stone Village's rules, remained on the entire commercial street.

Naruto looked around at the scattering crowd, bewildered, not understanding what was happening. Then, a blond-haired man caught his eye.

The two blond-haired men, one big and one small, met and hit it off on the bustling commercial street just moments before.

"Hey, kid, where are you from? I've never seen you in the village before," Deidara asked, approaching Naruto.

"I'm not originally from this village. I'm from Konoha. I only came here today with my teacher," Naruto said.

"Konoha?" Deidara's eyes lit up. The uncle who had praised his art earlier that day—wasn't that the Hokage of Konoha?

"You're from Konoha? Do you know the Hokage?" Deidara asked quickly.

"Yes, he's my teacher," Naruto nodded.

"You're that Hokage's student? Do you know anything about art?" Deidara immediately perked up and asked.

"Art?" Naruto was confused, but then he thought about his graffiti on the Hokage Rock—that should count as art, right? So he nodded and said, "A little."

"Really? That's great!" Deidara clapped his hands excitedly. "Let's go, let's study real art!"

Naruto was taken aback at first, but before he could react, Deidara had already put his arm around his shoulder and led him towards the Earth Shadow Rock.

"That old man said the best form of art is to destroy the most beautiful things for people to see. The most beautiful thing in the village should be the Earth Shadow Rock that the old man always talked about, the one that houses the will of stone," Deidara said as he pulled Naruto towards it.

Soon, Naruto was dragged to the foot of the Earth Shadow Rock in Hidden Stone Village by Deidara.

Deidara rubbed his hands together and said to Naruto, "Come on, let's create the most perfect art together!"

Naruto was taken aback and hesitated, saying, "Isn't this a bit inappropriate? This is your village after all."

"What are you afraid of! I'll cover for you if anything happens! I'm a disciple of the Third Hokage," Deidara patted his chest and assured Naruto.

After saying that, Deidara squatted down and began to prepare his clay explosives.

Naruto, hearing Deidara's suggestion, simply squatted down and watched the older man work.

Although Naruto didn't even know Deidara's name yet, for some reason, he felt a strong connection with this man who looked two years older than him.

"Don't just watch, give me some advice," Deidara suddenly said, looking up at Naruto.

"Advice?" Naruto, seeing the increasingly large lump of clay in Deidara's hand, assumed he just wanted to add something to the Shadow Rock. Recalling his past graffiti experiences, he suggested, "Big brother, don't you think the color is a bit too monotonous?"

"Monotonous color?" Deidara, after hearing Naruto's words, pondered. Yes, the smoke and dust from his explosions were indeed a bit too uniform in color. "Indeed,"

Deidara nodded, agreeing with Naruto's suggestion. "As for the color, let me think about how to solve it."

As a genius in explosions, Deidara thought for a moment and remembered the different colors of light emitted when various metal powders encountered flames, and his eyes lit up instantly.

"Got it!" Deidara slammed his fist into his palm, then rummaged through his sealing scroll.

He quickly pulled out some metal and tossed Naruto a file used for grinding explosives. "Do me a favor, get some powder off this metal."

"Okay." Naruto nodded and helped Deidara.

With their combined efforts, various metal powders were quickly ground. Deidara mixed them into clay and nodded in satisfaction.

Then, he stuffed the large lump of clay into his mouth, chewed a few times, and formed hand seals.

Soon, a bird flew out of Deidara's mouth, slowly heading towards the statue of the Third Earth Shadow above their heads.

Just as the clay bird approached Onoki's Shadow Rock, Deidara suddenly roared.

  "Exploding clay! Explode! Drink!"

"Huh?" Naruto was startled by Deidara's words, staring at him in disbelief.

However, Deidara maintained a cool expression, turning and walking forward. After all, a true man never looks back at an explosion.

"Boom!" A violent explosion resounded through the night in Iwagakure. That night, under the watchful eyes of everyone in Iwagakure, colorful fireworks exploded on the statue of Onoki, illuminating the entire village. Naruto

was dumbfounded, his mouth agape as he watched this scene.

Wait, so this is what this guy meant by art?

"What are you standing there for?" Deidara, seeing his little brother still standing there, immediately turned around, grabbed Naruto, and ran, saying as he ran, "You run first. If we get caught, just say my name, I'm Deidara."

However, before Deidara could finish speaking, he and Naruto were both apprehended by the Hidden Stone Village ANBU who had rushed over at full speed after hearing the commotion.

  ...

In the Hidden Stone Village office, Onoki looked at the two blond-haired men in front of him, his blood pressure soaring, especially since Deidara acted nonchalantly, constantly grumbling, "I did everything myself, why are you arresting my little brother?"

Soon, Uchiha Touhuan, who had received the news, was also politely invited to the Earth Shado"s office by an ANBU member.

"Oh, what's going on here?" Uchiha Touhuan asked knowingly as soon as he entered the Tsuchikage's office.

With the Chunin Exams just around the corner, Uchiha Touhuan is no longer the only leader of another ninja village in Hidden Stone Village.

And now, in full view of everyone, Onoki's Hokage Rock has been destroyed. It's safe to say that Onoki has lost face big time tonight.
