I hugged Ohm right there in the driveway after we killed the engine from that wild first lap, my arms wrapping around him quick and tight because the car keys were still warm in my palm and my head was still buzzing from how smooth the ride felt and how he'd just dropped this whole surprise on me without even blinking. "Seriously teddy bear thank you I mean it, this is insane but I'm keeping it okay don't even think about taking it back or I'll chase you down myself and make you regret it," I said pulling back with a grin that I hoped looked normal even though my stomach was doing flips because a car just like that from him after everything felt too big too fast but I wasn't about to let him see me freaking out over it.
