The gates' ancient runes burned with golden fire, while faded pink divine patterns flowed across their edges like rivers of light as rustic chains moved from them, making a clanking sound as they struggled to hold back the monstrosities inside.
Very soon, the gate multiplied in numbers, quickly climbing past a thousand.
The sight alone froze the entire battlefield.
Even the wild Terra Beasts that had been roaring madly a moment ago fell silent, their instincts screaming at them that something incomprehensibly dangerous had just descended upon the world.
