Just as Aria's hand was about to reach out and touch the jar, another hand appeared and grabbed it in the middle of the action.
"Wait, something is very wrong here." Raiden looked at the so-cold ancestor with a cold look before grabbing Aria and moving two steps backwards.
" This all sounds too fishy and too good to be true. Suddenly, out of nowhere, there is an ancestor popping up and giving her the bloodline, not that it's yours to give away, or it's hers to begin with, but still, this all feels a little too... convenient. Who exactly are you??"
Raiden glared at the so-called Ancestor Valkyric, who just laughed at his doubts.
" Ha ha ha. You don't need to doubt me, my boy. I am undoubtedly the senior-most person in the family. Why would I ever have my own descendants??"
"That makes me even more suspicious about you, old man." Raiden fired back without even missing a beat, causing a speechless look to appear on his face.
