The dark beasts mouth closed harshly but there was nothing between it's teeth.
The dark beast opened it's eyes again wondering where's it's prey had gone to. The instant it started searching, it found Linda laying on the ground and someone laying beside her.
"Are you okay? " the person asked.
Cole and Bryan breathed a sigh if relief when they noticed the sudden presence they book most of the pressure might off their shoulder.
"Vincent," Bryan muttered.
The close shave with death snapped Linda back to reality and made her realize something Cole had been trying to tell her for a while now.
"If I don't kill them, they are really going to kill me,"
Having that realization brought back a very dangerous side to Linda as she began her unrelenting and annoyed attacks.
She used her second ability that allowed her to have an almost complete control over the temperature of her flames.
