Chapter 40 - | Teaching

Monday came and I have classes this morning. I am now in our classroom with Elle and Hazel sitting in the first row, waiting for our professor to come.

"Maria, I heard that these past week you've been with the boys and they multiplied!" Said Hazel while she's looking at me. "What do you mean they multiplied?" Asked Elle confused. "Someone told me that 3 were added to the boys. So it's not Simon, Andrew, Jaime, John, and Matthew anymore," answered Hazel to Elle. "It is true, but where have you even heard these?" I answered and asked Hazel. "Well, I have my ways," answered Hazel then she scrunched her nose.

"Who were added and do they even live here?" Asked Elle as she now looks at me. "Wait, do they live here?" Asked Hazel as well. I blinked at them before I answered, "No…"

"What? Who were they?" Hazel.

"Where do they even live?" Elle.

"Their names are Yeshua, Thomas, and Jude. I don't know where they came from—we still haven't asked them yet—but! Thomas and Jude are living in Andrew's apartment now while Yeshua is camping down the cliff." I answered and before they even said something, our professor came. "This conversation is not yet finished," said Hazel. That's a threat! Not a casual saying! A threat! A threat I tell ya!

At the end of our class, both Hazel and Elle looked at me. "What are you all up to this time?" Asked Hazel while the three of us were still sitting on our chairs. "Well… Yeshua is a teacher. And He wants to teach," I answered as I put my things inside my bag. "Did he apply to this school already?" Asked Elle. I looked at her and shook my head, "Not that kind of teaching," I answered. "Then what kind of teaching?" Asked Hazel as she stood up.

I tightened my lips. "You can tell them. It has begun." And so I looked at them both and said, "You remember about Jesus' ministry?" I asked back. "What does that have to do with it?" Asked Hazel, getting irritated. "Well… because it is something like that," I answered as I looked at them in their eyes. "Seriously?" The only word Elle had uttered. "You've got to be kidding," said Hazel then she walked out. Both me and Elle quickly followed her.

"No, I'm not!" I said to Hazel, making her stop and face me. "Out of all the shenanigans you and the boys got involved in, THIS I cannot ignore," said Hazel then walked out on us again. "I'm with her, Maria. This is mockery," said Elle then followed Hazel. "But what if I told you it's not! It's not mockery!" I said as I followed them both along the hallway.

Hazel and Elle stopped with their steps and faced me. "Then prove it. Our class has ended, there's no following class. Prove it," said Hazel as she looked at me dead in the eyes. Oh, God. This is the reason why I didn't tell them about my failing faith before.

"Do you happen to know where Maria is?" and a familiar voice I heard from afar. "Yeshua?" I called unto Him as my eyes looked for Him among the crowd. "What? He's here?" Asked Elle then she followed where I looked. "He can't be here! There's no way!" said Hazel as she also looked at the crowd behind them.

"Oh, there's definitely Yahweh," I said with a huge smile on my face as Yeshua made His way towards us. "There you are, Maria. One of the boys cannot get you for they fish at this moment," said Yeshua with a smile to me then He looked at both Hazel and Elle. "Hello there, friends!" Greet Yeshua to them both.
