The director crossed her arms together, relaxing herself back into her chair, "So? What is it that you wish to discuss alone with me?"
Mikaela clenched his fists, hesitating, "There's something I've been meaning to ask you. It's been bothering me for a while." He fixed his gaze at hers, "And I need a definite answer."
She offered a reassuring smile, gesturing for him to proceed, "Ask away, I'm all ears."
He took in a deep breath, "Was my omega status a considered factor in selecting me for this mission?"
She grabbed a box of cigarettes from her handbag, "What makes you say that?"
