"Aww, Dad, that's gross," Justina said, wrinkling her nose, though there was no real disgust in it, just the reflexive protest of a teenager watching her parents be affectionate at the dinner table.
"Excuse me, young lady." Julian sat up straighter, feigning offense with a hand pressed to his chest.
"Kissing my wife is not gross. I'll have you know I've been doing it for over eighteen years and I plan to keep doing it for many more."
