Joceka fell into darkness.
Then suddenly, the falling stopped. He found himself standing in the same Violet World, but in front of him...
Haru.
Appeared suddenly. Standing a few steps away, staring into emptiness.
"Haru!" Joceka screamed and ran toward him. He reached out to touch him—but his hand passed through his body like mist.
Haru disappeared.
Appeared again in another place.
Joceka ran to him. Same thing. His hand passed through.
Haru disappeared. Appeared. Disappeared. Appeared. Like a glitch in a video game, like an image that wouldn't stabilize.
"Haru! I'm here! Look at me!"
Haru didn't look. His face was pale, his eyes glassy. He was somewhere else. In a world Joceka couldn't see.
Then the glitch stopped. Haru disappeared completely.
Joceka fell to his knees.
"What's happening to you...?"
He didn't know that at that very moment, Haru was in another world. A world no one could see or hear. A gray world without end.
And he was fighting.
Fighting himself.
