Chapter 394 - Chapter 394

"About a week from now, I'll notify you and Ivsha to head to the wedding venue," Ides said to Kurose Akira. "At that time, I'll assign you new identities. As for Ivsha, I'll use magic to transform her into the appearance of a princess of the Star Kingdom."

"Got it."Akira nodded lightly in response.

Putting on a staged wedding with Ivsha? He didn't mind that at all.

"That's settled then. I'll be going."

The moment Ides finished speaking, her figure dissipated like mist, vanishing without a trace.

"She leaves fast…"Akira muttered under his breath before logging out of the game as well.

The instant he returned to reality, his phone was ringing incessantly.

"Hello?"He quickly picked it up and answered.

"You finally answered!" Xu Feiyan's voice came through from the other end.

"Why didn't you try reaching me in-game?" Akira asked, puzzled. As a gamer herself, she should know that if he wasn't answering calls, he was almost certainly in the game.

"I'm on a business trip out of town, so I can't log in," Xu Feiyan explained.

"What do you need?"Akira chatted with her while heading into the kitchen to prepare a simple dinner.

"You're moving tomorrow, right?" Xu Feiyan's voice came again, accompanied by a strong rush of wind in the background.

"Yeah."He responded, then asked curiously, "Why is it so windy on your end? Are you driving?"

"Nope," Xu Feiyan replied, a hint of amusement in her tone. "I'm driving a yacht."

"Cough—!"Akira nearly choked. "Didn't you say you were on a business trip?"

"I am. But this is my break time." She chuckled. "I was bored, so I bought a yacht to kill time."

"…"Akira raised an eyebrow. Her life really was… monotonous in the most extravagant way possible.

"Alright, back to the point." Xu Feiyan's tone turned slightly more serious. "When you move in tomorrow, don't forget what I told you."

"Don't worry. I won't open any of the locked rooms," Akira said while boiling water and tearing open a pack of instant noodles.

Xu Feiyan had specifically warned him: under no circumstances was he to enter any locked rooms in her villa.

It was her property, after all—he had no intention of crossing boundaries.

She had also told him never to hire maids or similar staff while staying there.

Though honestly… those things weren't that important.

"Good. I'll come see you in a couple of days. Leave the door unlocked for me," she reminded him.

"Uh—"Before Akira could respond, the call had already ended.

He frowned slightly, a trace of confusion surfacing.

Why did Xu Feiyan disappear just as abruptly as Ides?

Elsewhere, after hanging up, Xu Feiyan guided the yacht slowly to shore. Waiting there was a foreign woman with long, golden, wavy hair.

"Hi~ Xu Feiyan~ long time no see~" the blonde greeted her with a smile and a wave.

"Sorry to keep you waiting, Maria," Xu Feiyan replied with a smile.

Maria pointed toward a white sports car parked nearby. "Come on. We can talk about what you wanted to know on the way."

The next day.

Akira woke up, washed up quickly, and began transporting his packed belongings to the agreed location.

Since he didn't have much stuff, he only called a small van.

After loading everything into the vehicle, he sat in the passenger seat and headed toward Xu Feiyan's villa.

Two hours later, the van slowly entered a villa district near Zhehai University.

After arriving, the driver kindly helped unload everything before driving off.

Standing at the entrance, Akira tilted his head up, taking in the four-story villa before him. A faint unease stirred in his chest.

He was about to move in—and for at least the next four years, this would be his home.

Of course… that was assuming he didn't accidentally offend Xu Feiyan and get kicked out early.

"Whew…"He steadied himself, pulled out the key, and prepared to unlock the door.

But just as he was about to open it, a familiar female voice came from inside.

"According to Sister Xu, Akira should've arrived by now… why isn't he here yet?" The voice sounded puzzled—and a little anxious.

"?"Akira immediately recognized it.

Shen Siqi.

"Why is she here?" he muttered, confused.

"I'll go check outside," another voice chimed in—Shen Jun.

The door opened, and the siblings appeared in front of him.

"See? I told you he was here!" Shen Jun grinned, jogging over and opening the door for him.

"What are you two doing here?" Akira asked.

"Sister Xu asked us to help you move, in case it was too much for you alone," Shen Siqi explained with a smile.

"Come on, hand it over."Shen Jun moved quickly, carrying boxes into the villa.

Shen Siqi picked up a smaller box as well. "Let's go in."

"Alright."Akira nodded and followed them inside.

Since there weren't many belongings, everything was moved into his room within minutes.

His room was on the second floor—a spacious master bedroom of over fifty square meters, complete with a private bathroom.

The clean, open space lifted his mood instantly. Especially the bed—it felt like sinking into a cloud.

"Thanks," Akira said as he came downstairs, expressing his gratitude.

"No need to be polite~ I'm ordering milk tea. What do you want?" Shen Siqi asked from the couch, tapping on her phone.

"Lemon tea's fine."

"Got it~ I'll try the new flavor—add pearls, coconut jelly, and…" she muttered while customizing her order.

While she was busy, Shen Jun walked over and clapped Akira on the shoulder with a bright smile.

"Looks like we're neighbors now. Take care of me!"

"Neighbors?"Akira blinked, surprised.

"You're in Unit 7. We're in Unit 11," Shen Jun explained. "Head east about five or six hundred meters—that's our place."

"…"Akira frowned slightly.

Four units apart… but five to six hundred meters away?

Then again, he had noticed earlier—each villa was spaced at least a hundred meters apart, with plenty of landscaping for privacy.

In other words… the villas were extremely secluded.

Meaning… even if someone did something… less than appropriate inside…

…it wouldn't necessarily be a problem.

"Want to grab dinner tonight?" Akira offered, hoping to thank them properly.

"Nah, our parents are waiting for us at home," Shen Jun replied with a scratch of his head.

"Got it. Next time, then."

After finishing their drinks, the siblings left.

They had to log back into the game—there was a special event for C-rank guilds today.

But when Akira heard the reward was only a full set of elite-tier equipment, his interest faded immediately.

"Hmm~"He stretched and began organizing his room.

One by one, he unpacked his belongings and arranged them neatly.

"Hm?"As he went to hang his clothes, he noticed something already inside the wardrobe.

"This is…?"He pulled it out.

A white lace nightgown.

Elegant. Seductive.

…but not exactly Xu Feiyan's style—or size.

Ahem.

Sure, Xu Feiyan had a great figure—at least a 36D.

But this… this was on another level entirely.

Something closer to the Elf Queen's proportions.

G-cup?

(ΩДΩ)?!

Akira froze, stunned.

Did people in real life really have… something that absurdly perfect?

"…A friend's, maybe?"He muttered, placing it back before arranging his own clothes elsewhere.

Thankfully, there were plenty of wardrobes.

Even if he had several times more clothes, it would still fit.

After tidying up, he lay on the bed, preparing to log into the game.

But just before that, a sudden urge hit him—he rushed to the bathroom.

After relieving himself and washing his hands, he was about to leave when something caught his eye.

A full set of toiletries.

And a pink towel that carried a faint, sweet fragrance.

"?"His brows lifted.

Someone had been living here recently?

But this was the room Xu Feiyan assigned him—second floor, right-side bedroom.

That couldn't be wrong.

Still confused, he stepped out and glanced at the opposite room.

Each floor had two bedrooms—a master and a secondary.

Xu Feiyan lived in the master bedroom on the third floor, and those rooms were all locked tight. She had explicitly told him not to enter them.

But then why… did this supposedly empty master bedroom have women's items?

Frowning, he called Xu Feiyan.

"Hello? Akira~ what's up?" Her voice was bright and gentle.

"There are women's toiletries in the room you assigned me. Why?" he asked.

"Toiletries?" She sounded caught off guard. After a pause, she said, "Oh, right. That must be from when Maria stayed over. I told her to use the guest room… didn't expect her to take the master bedroom."

"Should I switch rooms?"

"Just stay there. Throw her stuff away," Xu Feiyan replied casually.

"…Alright."

But now, Akira couldn't help but feel curious.

Maria?

A foreigner?

No wonder…

"Oh, right," Xu Feiyan added, "Can you drive?"

"I can… but I don't have a license."

"…"A brief silence.

"…Never mind. Forget I asked."

And with that, she hung up again.

Back in his room, Akira logged into the game.

But the moment the world loaded in, he was greeted by a shocking sight—

Virola was gently licking his cheek.

"Virola?"

"Master, you're finally awake~" Her eyes sparkled with joy, her smile as soft as spring.

"…What's going on?"Akira frowned slightly.

He clearly remembered—when he logged out, his in-game body should disappear as well.

"Was I… sleeping here the whole time?" he asked.

Virola shook her head gently. "No, Master. You only appeared here about ten minutes ago."

"Ten minutes ago…?"Akira lowered his gaze, deep in thought.

This anomaly unsettled him. Several theories surfaced in his mind—but none could be confirmed yet.

"…Have Lucya and the others arrived?"He glanced around the guild hall. Only Alice was cleaning.

"Yes. Sister Lucya and the others are in your bedroom," Virola answered promptly.

"My bedroom?"That was… unexpected.

Curious, Akira headed over.

But the moment he opened the door—

He froze.

Ivsha's slender hands were wrapped in crimson dragon scales.

Not just her—Mare Rhein, Lucya, Loserine, and Canlutia were all there, parts of their bodies covered in those same scarlet scales.

"Mr. Akira?"His arrival drew every gaze in the room.

"What are you all doing?" he asked as he stepped inside.

"We're testing the power borrowed from Miss Rhein~" Ivsha explained with a bright smile.

"Mare Rhein?"Akira turned to her, puzzled.

He knew she could lend her power to those she acknowledged… but the [XX! Fusion!] trait should only allow one recipient at a time.

So why—

"Hehe! Human!"Mare Rhein puffed out her chest proudly.

"Open your eyes wide and witness my greatness!"
