The class had to end early due to 'unforeseen circumstances'. Mostly because it was not possible to make the additional students leave otherwise. Ending the class was easier than dealing with a teenage crowd.
The new teacher was slightly disappointed for not being able to hold the first class properly. He really wanted to make a good impression.
While that part had been unconsciously acquired long before he even did anything, he naturally felt like he had failed.
On the bright side, now he didn't have to face the administrative crisis on his own. Master Nevan, who was apparently in charge of some parts of it, agreed to help him out as an apology.
Reis didn't think he needed an apology, though. How was anyone supposed to know that students just might have the kind of talent for music that he had for dancing?
And he was more or less happy that so many of them showed up. If only they didn't try to participate directly.
