Izuku Midoriya stood in front of the towering gates of UA High School, his chest rising and falling with a deep breath. The familiar H-shaped building stretched ahead, bathed in morning light, as if welcoming him home. A wide smile spread across his face despite the scuffed-up bandaids plastered over his cheek and fingers—souvenirs from his latest scrapes.
Rokuro (in his head): "Man, look at you—walking into battle like it's no big deal. You sure you don't want to wait a little first?"
Meliodas: "Keep that smile, little Izu. Don't listen to Rokuro he's just being overprotective"
Natsu: "Oh man i'm gonna miss the fighting!"
Nana(to Izuku): "You're trying too hard to look cool, but it's adorable."
Izuku chuckled quietly, shaking his head at the voices only he could hear. With a final deep breath, he stepped forward through the gates, his heart pounding with a mix of nerves and excitement.
Sero/Kirishima: "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA WHAT THE HECK BAKUGO!!!"
The two were having a full blown meltdown at seeing the resident bomb of class 1B with his hair all neat and tidy.
Bakugo meanwhile was shaking with rage. " Stop laughing. My hairs gotten used to this and I can't get it the right way. Do you hear me? I'll kill you both". He said with his teeth grinding together, shaking with fury.
But it did little to stop them from laughing. " I'd like to see you try pretty boy". Mocked Sero causing Bakugo to snap.
Bakugo: What did you call me !!!?
His hair exploding back into its previous explosive spiky look.
Sero/Kirishima:" There is goes !!!"
Meanwhile at Tsuyus desk Jiro, Ruby, Yang and Mina were taking about their experiences during their own internship.
Mina: Awesome you fought real villains !!! I'm super jealous!
Her beautiful smile lighting up her pink face with glee. While Ruby and Yang smiled proudly and Jiro rubbed the back of her neck.
Ruby: "Yeah Miss Miruko taught us alot like how to fight with our legs !!!
Yang: "Yeah, and some for some villains I was like." Sorry, was that your face? Guess I heeled the wrong way!" (Snort) Hahaha!!"
The girls groaned at her terrible pun.
Jiro:" Well I didn't really fight all I did was provide logistic support and intell."
Mina: "Well that still sounds pretty cool!"
Tsuyu put her finger on her lip and looked up as if in though." I spent basically the whole time training and clean the ship deck. Though there was this one time where we caught a bunch of drug smugglers".
The girls: " Okay that's cool!!"
They said leaning in wanting to hear more." What about you Ochako?" Asked Tsuyu ignoring their gazes and turning to look at Uraraka who had an intense aura around her.
Ochako:" I'd say it was very enlightening "
Uraraka
began punching the air as if she was back in the gun heroes Dojo. Gaining the attention of Kaminari and Mineta who looked at her with sweat drops.
Kaminari:" After one week it's like she's a totally different person"
Mineta:" Different? Don't be fooled Kaminari.(Biting his finger nail) All women are demons behind pretty faces"
Kaminari:"What did Mt Lady do to you? Everyone loved me at my internship. It was actaully kinda great. Now if you want to talk about the ones who've really changed. It's these guys."
He said turning to look at Todoroki who had Iida standing infront of her desk.
Sero:" Oh yeah the hero killer
Kirishima:" Glad you guys made it back alive, seriously"
Momo who was talking to Blake looked at the two with a frown. " I worried about you too".
Sero: " Yeah, it's great that Midoriya managed to stop him huh?"
Tohru:"He's so cool! Midoriya even worked with Batman and fought Superman!"
The moment Tohru brough this up the entire class went quiet, while Bakugo glared angrily at the floor
FLASHBACK — INTERNSHIP WITH BEST JEANIST
The city air was crisp. Neon signs blinked across the streets, and crowds moved along the sidewalks, unaware of the quiet presence of two figures atop a nearby building.
Best Jeanist, in his iconic denim-draped outfit, stood tall beside Bakugo, his flowing threads subtly shifting in the wind.
"We patrol, observe, and only intervene when necessary," Jeanist explained. "Heroism is not about showboating, but protecting peace... quietly."
Bakugo scoffed, stuffing his hands into his pockets. "Tch. Yeah, yeah. I'm not here for fashion tips."
Jeanist gave him a pointed look. "Fashion is discipline. Presence. Identity. Something you severely lack."
They continued walking along the edge of a rooftop, eventually descending and blending into the street-level crowd.
As they passed a small park, Bakugo's ears caught snippets of a conversation between a group of kids sitting near a bench, watching something on a tablet.
"Dude, did you see Deku?! He punched that guy like—BOOM! He was flying!"
"He fought Superman, bro. Superman!!"
"Yeah, and he didn't even back down! That guy's like a real-life All Might now!"
Bakugo stopped cold.
His eye twitched.
"What the hell did you just say?"
The kids flinched, looking up at the explosive blonde now towering over them.
"I said—what. The. Hell. Did you just say about that damn nerd?!"
Best Jeanist stepped between them quickly, placing a firm hand on Bakugo's chest. "Katsuki. Control yourself."
"But they're talking outta their mouths like he's some kind of god—!"
The oldest of the kids blinked and stood, brows furrowed in confusion.
"You're Bakugo, right? Weren't you the guy Deku saved from that sludge villain? I remember seeing it on the news."
Bakugo froze.
His eyes widened—then narrowed.
The sludge villain.
The suffocating slime. The helplessness. The mocking crowd. And Deku—weak, quirkless Deku—diving in without a second thought.
FLASHBACK WITHIN FLASHBACK
"Even if I don't have a quirk... I couldn't just stand there and do nothing!"
Bakugo's fists clenched.
"Tch—shut up," he growled low.
The kid blinked, confused. "What?"
"I SAID SHUT UP!!"
His voice boomed across the park, startling a few bystanders. The children recoiled, their admiration quickly fading into fear and tears brimming in their eyes.
Jeanist immediately stepped in, his denim threads subtly tightening around Bakugo's wrists.
"That's enough," he said firmly. "You will not speak to civilians like that. Especially not children. Being a hero means managing not just power—but presence. Dignity. Temperance."
Bakugo's breath came in hot, furious bursts.
But he didn't fight the restraint.
He just turned away, teeth grinding.
End of Flashback:
CLACK
The classroom door slid open.
All eyes turned.
Izuku Midoriya stood at the doorway, shifting slightly on his feet. His school uniform was freshly pressed, but the bandaids on his cheek and fingers made it clear he hadn't had a restful break.
For a split second, there was stunned silence.
Then—
"MIDORIYA!!"
The room exploded. Chairs scraped back, voices overlapped, and in a heartbeat, his classmates swarmed him like a tidal wave.
"Are you okay?!"
"Do you need anything? Water? Food? An ice pack?!"
"Was that really you on the news?!"
"You fought Superman, dude!!"
Izuku raised his hands, flustered. "W-Wait, guys, I'm fine! Really, I—"
Before he could finish, a red blur launched into him, nearly knocking him over.
"You idiot!" Ruby sobbed, her arms wrapped tightly around his waist as she buried her face into his chest. "I was so worried! I thought— I thought you were gonna die!!"
Her voice cracked, and Izuku froze for a moment—before gently resting his hand on her back, offering a weak but grateful smile.
"Sorry, Ruby... I didn't mean to scare you."
Yang followed right behind, placing a protective hand on Ruby's shoulder. Her usual confident smirk was gone, replaced with genuine concern.
"You looked like a broken ragdoll when we saw the footage," she said, punching his shoulder—gently. "Next time you fight a god, call us first, okay?"
Blake stood a little back, her arms crossed tightly over her chest, her golden eyes shimmering faintly. "We couldn't do anything. That's what scared me the most."
Ochako, Mina, and Momo moved in next. All three had tears in their eyes, though they were doing their best to blink them away.
"You should've seen how scared we were!" Mina sniffled, her usual bubbly tone shaking. "Like, really scared. Like, can't-sleep scared."
Ochako's hand found Izuku's, her fingers trembling slightly. "Just... promise us you'll come back. Every time. No matter how strong they are."
Momo remained silent for a moment, her eyes studying Izuku as if to confirm with her own eyes that he was truly alright. Then, slowly, a memory came back—clear and vivid.
Flashback:
A sleek lounge room inside Uwabami's penthouse.
Momo and Kendo sat side by side, sipping tea after a long day of internship drills. A massive wall-mounted TV displayed the latest news on a loop. Glittering metropolis skyline. Smiling anchors. Breaking news banners flashing.
"—And in today's top story, footage continues to spread across multiple cities of a young green-haired hero facing off against what experts are calling an 'interdimensional visitor' and the Man of Steel."
The screen showed blurry but unmistakable footage: Izuku, battered and bleeding, flying through buildings, unleashing his full power—against Superman.
Kendo dropped her teacup. "That's... that's Deku!?"
Momo's eyes widened, hand covering her mouth. The cup trembled in her grip.
"No... he's... he's not ready for that..."
End of flashback:
Momo blinked away the memory, her hand coming up to gently touch her collarbone.
"You scared us all," she said softly, stepping forward and placing her hand on his shoulder. "But... we're proud of you, Midoriya."
The room fell
quiet for a moment. Not somber—just heavy with emotion.
Izuku stood in the middle of it, surrounded by friends, warmth, and silent gratitude.
"I'm really lucky to have you all," he said quietly, voice thick. "Thank you... for worrying about me."
Iida:" We're all glad you're safe Midoriya".
Shouko walked to Izukus side and held his sleeve between her fingers, a sutble reminder that she is there, something Izuku appreciated alot.
Timeskip:
The class of 1A now stood infront of All Might infront of field Gamma
The bright sun hung high over Field Gamma, its complex labyrinth of industrial pipes, steel walkways, and towering structures gleaming in the daylight.
Class 1-A stood lined up in their full hero costumes, the mood a mix of excitement and nervous anticipation. The air was thick with energy—and a few sideways glances toward Midoriya, who stood in the lineup, quiet but focused.
All Might stood ahead of them, arms crossed proudly, his golden hair gleaming just as brightly as the sky.
"Alright, everyone!" All Might boomed, his voice echoing off the metal structures around them. "Welcome back, now listen carefully for what's in store. We're going to be conducting a little race. Take everything you've learned from your internships and apply it into this rescue training excerice?!"
Iida:" If it's rescue training shouldn't we be in the USJ instead ?!"
He asked with his hand raised high.
All Might:" Ah that facility specialises in disasters. As I said earlier this is a race now let's prepare ".
A chorus of "Yes, sir!" and nods followed.
Satisfied All Might turned and gestured to the sprawling maze behind him.
"This is Field Gamma. A tangled, industrial mess full of pipes and obstacles. Your task: reach the designated location and rescue me, you'll be competing in groups of five. Each of you will start at the outskirts of the city, whoever rescues me first wins! But keep the property damage to a minimum please."He said looking directly at Bakugo who looked away." Why are you looking at me ?"
Kirishima pumped a fist. "Sounds manly enough to me!"
Mina grinned, already bouncing on her toes. "This is gonna be fun!"
Sero raised an eyebrow. "And the dummy—is it simulating someone injured?"
"Alright first group in your places, please!" All Might instructred as the team of Izuku, Sero, Mina, Ruby and Iida made their way to their starting points. Meanwhile the class discussed who would be the victor.
Kaminari: " Iida and Midoriya haven't completely recovered yet right. They should sit this out"
Kirishima: Yeah and each one has really good mobility
Yang: " There's no way my little sis can lose this. GO RUBY!! Show them you're the bees knees !!"
Momo:" Hmm Midoriya really is at a heavy disatvange. It hasn't been that long since his fight with Superman. I can't imagine him being able to use most of his abilities at this point in time"
Jiro:" That's what I think. He's still wearing the bandages from his fight, the poor guy may not be able to finish the race at all."
Blake who was sitting by herself reading a book looked up at the screen." I think Midoriya can win this".
Momo hearing Blake looked down and recalled the look on Dekus face, the way he faces impossible odds without running away and slapped her own cheeks causing Jiro to look at her in shock" Are you okay !!?". She asked worried while Momo shook her head.
Momo:" Yes. I change my mind. Midoriya is definitely going to win this, I know he can!!!"
Yang: " Yes soul sister sing it !!"
Yang said hugging Momo from behind making the prim and proper girl smile back at her blonde friend.
Kirishima:" Whose your pick? I choose Sero"
Kaminari:" Oh yeah, I got odds on Iida"
Mineta: " I choose Ruby, cause she's petite and fast "
Yang looked at him cracking her knuckles." you say something about my sis shrimp?". Mineta shivered and ran to hide behind Kaminari.
Bakugo:" Dekus gonna fail like the loser he is!"
Uraraka who was sitting by Tsuyu made her own comment, betting on Iida.
All Might raised his hand high, his booming voice echoing across Field Gamma.
"READY... SET... GO!!!"
A sharp gust of wind swept across the training ground as five students burst forward:
Mina Ashido, sliding with her Acid Skate technique, laughed joyfully. "Let's gooo! I'm so pumped!"
Ruby Rose zipped forward in a blur, her cloak fluttering behind her. "This'll be over in a flash!"
Tenya Iida surged forward with hi rocket legson the ground below running .
Hanta Sero, swinging from pipes with his tape, called out mid-air, "See ya at the finish line, Midoriya!"
Behind them all, Izuku Midoriya jogged at a steady pace—too steady. His fingers flexed, bandages rustling lightly. The crowd of Class 1-A students watching from the observation deck murmured.
"Whoa, they already left him behind," Kaminari noted, scratching his head.
"Is Deku okay? He's not usually this slow," Ochako muttered worriedly.
Bakugo scoffed from the back. "Ha I knew that loser couldn't keep up."
But down below, three girls watched in silence.
Momo Yaoyorozu, her eyes calm, said softly, "Come on midoriya."
Blake Belladonna crossed her arms, her golden eyes sharp. "You can do this."
Yang Xiao Long looked anxiously up at the screen her eyes never leaving Izuku jogging form.
Down in the field, Izuku finally smiled, softly.
"Alright, guys," he whispered in his mind. "You ready?"
From within, the voices echoed:
Rokuro: "Always, kid. Let's show them who's boss."
Meliodas: "Shishishi. Time to have some fun."
Banjo: "Smash those expectations, young blood!"
Nana Shimura: "We're right behind you, Izuku. Be the hero you are."
Natsu Dragneel: "Fire it up, Midoriya! Let's melt this track!"
He stopped mid-run—and then—
BZZZT!!
A surge of dark crimson lightning snapped across his skin. His Demon Mark appeared over his forehead, glowing like burning embers. His eyes turned a blazing blackish-red, like magma cooled and cracked, smoldering with power.
Everyone watching felt it.
The air bent.
And then—he moved.
BOOM!
With an earth-cracking burst, Izuku launched forward like a missile—vanishing from view, flames blasting out the bottom of his shoes.
"WH-WHAT?!" Iida stammered, catching only the streak of his shadow before it vanished ahead.
"Wha—how did he—?!" Ruby gasped, nearly tripping on a pipe.
Even Sero, mid-swing, turned and nearly slammed into a wall. "Where did he go?!"
All Might's V shaped hair fluttered from the shockwave. His eyes widened in awe. "Incredible..."
Izuku twisted through tight corridors like a blur, leaping off pipes and steel beams with precision.
He slid across a narrow ledge, pivoted on a wall, and dove forward into a double-kick off twin vertical surfaces, vaulting upward.
He tucked into a mid-air roll, hit the ground, and rebounded in a handspring off an overhead bar, using his tape gauntlets for a whip-assisted slingshot maneuver.
It was acrobatics worthy of a Gotham vigilante.
He didn't slow down.
He was the storm that is approaching .
He flipped through a half-collapsed scaffolding, spun into a roll between falling debris, and twisted through a ring of pipes with barely an inch of clearance.
In seconds, the crowd saw him blast past finish line—his hand already out.
Izuku landed in a crouch before the large hero, All Might.
All Might,blinked—then chuckled in shock.
"Well now... you certainly didn't disappoint."
Izuku, breathing softly but steadily, gave a small bow and smiled up at his teacher.
"Don't worry... you're safe now."
All Might grinned, placing a proud hand on his student's shoulder.
"Thank you... for saving me."
Above, silence swept over Class 1-A.
Ruby was frozen. "He was behind us just a second ago..."
Mina blinked. "What even—how?!"
Sero let out a breathless laugh. "Note to self: never challenge Deku to a footrace again..."
Momo smiled softly, eyes glistening."He's did it."
Timeskip:
As the dust settled on Field Gamma, the remaining racers made it to the finish line—breathing heavily but smiling.
All Might gave a hearty laugh and clapped his hands.
"Excellent work, everyone! You've all come a long way during your internships! Your mobility, awareness, and instincts have noticeably improved!"
Ruby grinned, still winded. "Can't believe Izu just zoomed past us..."
Sero flopped on the ground. "I need a rematch. I refuse to accept that as reality."
Iida adjusted his glasses, nodding. "Midoriya's speed has drastically increased... truly inspiring."
All Might waved them off with a smile. "Alright, go back to the rest of the class. You're up group two."
As the students turned to leave, Izuku began to follow—but paused when All Might gently placed a hand on his shoulder.
He leaned in close and whispered, "Young Midoriya. Come to my office after class. It's time for me to tell you the whole truth about me, about one for all."
Izuku nodded seriously. "Yes, sir."
Boys Locker Room
Steam hissed from the showers as the boys of Class 1-A began changing out of their hero suits. The mood was casual, cheerful, and a bit rowdy.
Kirishima stretched his arms. "Man, that race was intense. You'd think with all this muscle I'd be faster."
Sero chuckled. "Bro, I thought I had it in the bag, then Deku decided to teleport."
Tokoyami nodded solemnly. "He moved like a shadow cast by a storm... poetic."
Kaminari leaned back. "Honestly, that just proves we've all got room to grow."
Then a shout broke the chatter.
"Deku! Come check this out!" Mineta grinned, waving him over toward the far corner.
Izuku, confused but curious, walked over to see Mineta pulling back a worn poster of Mt. Lady.
Behind it was... a small hole carved into the wall, surrounded by years of dust.
"A gift from the legends of old," Mineta whispered reverently. "The Window of Wonder. The Peep Portal. The—"
"Mineta, no," Iida interrupted with a chop of his hand. "Absolutely not! This is indecent and criminal!"
Mineta ignored him completely, his eyes wild with pervy ambition. "I know what's behind this wall, Midoriya. It's the girls' locker room!"
The room froze.
Sero's jaw dropped. Kaminari blinked. Shoji raised an eyebrow—eight of them.
"STOP RIGHT THERE!" Iida chopped the air faster than ever.
Mineta clasped his hands together, staring at the hole like it held the secrets of the universe. "Fine you'll need to throw me in solitary confinement cause you can't stop me !!Just imagine it... Tsuyus perfect waiste, Mina's bubbly curves, Ochako's gravity-defying butt, Yaoyarozus bouncy boob, Tohrus invisible body and floating underwear Rubys petite figure, Yang succubus curvs, Blake perfect—like three flavors of heavenly perfection!AND TODOROKIS PEFECT FIGURE I—!"
Suddenly, without a word...
FWOOSH!
A warm surge of orange flame flared in front of Mineta's face as Izuku placed his hand over the hole, his fingers glowing with molten Dragon Slayer fire magic. The wall melted, fusing into a solid sheet of charred metal and stone, sealing the hole permanently.
The flames sizzled and died, smoke curling upward.
Silence.
Mineta stared at the scorched wall. Then at Izuku. Then back at the wall.
Izuku:" That's enough Mineta."
He said walking away to finish putting on his shirt when.
"HOW COULD YOU, ARE YOU EVEN A MAN?!" Mineta screeched, dropping to his knees like he'd lost his life's purpose.
The locker room fell silent again.
Izuku froze in place, his back to Mineta. For a moment, nothing.
Then, slowly, he turned around.
His eyes were sharp—cold, calm, and burning with conviction. The usual warmth and nervousness that people knew Midoriya for... was gone. His gaze now was something else entirely. Commanding.
He stared down at Mineta, voice low and firm.
"...What do you think being a man is, Mineta?"
Mineta blinked, confused.
"Is it sneaking peeks? Talking about women like they're toys? Being loud and gross about people who trust you?"
Izuku took a step forward, his tone growing heavier with each word.
"Because if that's what you think makes you a man, then you're nothing more than a perverted scumbag hiding behind your hormones and cowardice."
Mineta flinched, but Izuku didn't stop.
"You think that's being a man is about? No. A real man—a real person—doesn't treat others like that. We protect. We uplift. We fight for people, not because they're pretty or strong or whatever fantasies you've cooked up in that head of yours... but because it's the right thing to do."
Izuku's voice echoed in the steamy room now, resonating with power and quiet fury.
"So you wanna know if I'm a man? Fine. I'll tell you."
He looked around the locker room, eyes meeting each of his classmates, one by one.
"Being a man isn't about how loud you talk, or how many girls you gawk at. It's not about muscles, or height, or what's between your legs."
"Being a man means standing when it's easier to run. It means doing the right thing when no one's watching. It means protecting people—not because you expect something in return, but because someone has to."
He turned back to Mineta, his tone rising.
"A man doesn't hide behind perversion and call it confidence. A man doesn't treat women like toys and then whine when they reject his disgusting advances."
"You think being a man means peeking into the girls' locker room? That's not strength. That's not courage. That's a scumbag who doesn't know when to keep it in his pants and shut his mouth."
Mineta shrank a little.
But Izuku kept going.
"You didn't mention Jiro. Why? Because she's not as 'developed'? Because she doesn't fit your fantasy?"
He leaned in.
"That proves it. You don't see people. You see parts. And that's not just wrong—it's pathetic."
Silence.
Izuku straightened.
"You know what I see when I look at Jiro? I see someone who stands tall with her heart on her sleeve. Someone who shouts through soundwaves, who fights with rhythm and soul. She's brave. She's talented. She's kind. She's more beautiful than you could possible understand"
"And she's not the only one."
He turned again, pointing to the air like it held every girl in 1-A.
"Mina and Tohru? Brings light into every room they walk in. Ruby? Has more courage in her little finger than most people have in their entire bodies. Tsu always tries her best to help others even when she's afraid Yang? A fire that protects everyone around her. Blake? Quiet strength. Momo? Wisdom and grace. Ochako? A heart that lifts everyone."
His voice trembled, but only for a moment.
"And Shouko? She's ice and fire in harmony. Calm on the surface, with a storm inside. Every one of them is beautiful—not because of their bodies. But because of their hearts. Their strength. Their ideals."
He turned back to Mineta for the last time.
"So no... if being a man means acting like you?"
"Then no—I'm not your kind of man."
He let those words hang in the air like a blade.
" I'd rather be the kind of man who protects people like them. Who earns their trust. Who respects them."
"Because that's what real men do."
Rokuro: "That's my bro!"
Nana:" I'm so proud of you, Izuku"
Silence. Every guy in the locker room had their jaws dropped
Kirishima let out a low, "So freaking manly." Tears streaming down his face
Sero blinked. Kaminari just nodded slowly, stunned.
Iida tears up behind his glasses." Well said Midoriya, bravo!!" He applauded proud of his friend.
Even Mineta... had nothing to say.
The whole locker room just watched as Izuku finished fixing his blazer and walked out the locker room.
The girls locker room:
The air was still.
Blake sat on the bench, towel draped over her neck. Momo paused while tying her hair up. Ochako clutched her uniform to her chest, her face flushed. Mina had stopped mid-laugh. Yang leaned against the locker with her arms crossed, visibly impressed. Tohru was fidgeting slightly, Tsuyu was tapping her index fingers together like Hinata and Todoroki was holding her hands over her heart with a gentle smile.
Ruby, cheeks a shade brighter than her cape, whispered: "I... I can't believe he said all that."
Ochako, softly: "He meant every word. You could hear it in his voice."
Mina, blushed purple:" Midori..."
Tohru:" He thinks I light up a room"
Momo, hand gently over her chest: "He sees us... all of us..."
Blake, quietly: "He's not trying to impress anyone. That's what makes it real."
Yang, smirking, eyes soft"That's a man who knows what it means to protect something without expecting anything in return."
Tsuyu, quietly:" Kero"
Jiro, hiding her face in her locker door, muttered: "...Idiot."
And yet, her lips curled upward in the faintest smile.
All Might's Office:
The sky outside burned in hues of orange and crimson as Izuku knocked softly on the door.
"Come in."
He opened the door.
There, seated on the couch in his frail skeletal form, clad in his signature yellow suit, was All Might. His posture was straight. His face—serious.
Izuku stepped in slowly, quietly closing the door behind him.
He walked to the chair across the small coffee table and sat down, hands resting on his knees, eyes focused on the mentor before him.
For a long moment, the only sound was the ticking of the clock.
Then All Might finally spoke.
"Young Midoriya... I owe you an apology."
Izuku blinked.
"What? No, All Might, you don't—"
But All Might held up a thin, shaking hand to pause him.
"During your internship, you faced things... things no student should've. A villain of magical nature that took over the justice league members. Someone on par with—or perhaps stronger than me at full power. And I wasn't there. I couldn't protect you."
His voice was low. Weighted.
Izuku's eyes softened.
"All Might... you have nothing to apologize for. You gave me this power. You believed in me. That's more than I ever dreamed of."
All Might looked down at his lap.
"Even so... when I heard about what happened with the Hero Killer... when I heard he swallowed your blood..."
Izuku sat up slightly. His mind flashed back—Stain's feral grin, the paralyzing sensation.
"He... paralyzed me. That's his quirk. He can immobilize people after ingesting their blood. I didn't think it mattered until—"
All Might's gaze locked with his.
"Do you remember what I told you... the day I gave you my power?"
Izuku paused, thinking.
His face suddenly twisted into a perfect replica of All Might's goofy, exaggerated grin.
"Eat this!"
SPLURT!
All Might choked, coughing up a stream of blood onto a nearby napkin.
"No! Not that part, damn it!"
Izuku blinked, eyes wide, before chuckling nervously.
"Right, sorry..."
All Might composed himself, dabbing his mouth with practiced ease.
"I meant the real lesson: this power—One For All—it's passed on through DNA. That's why you had to take in a piece of my body for it to transfer."
A beat of silence passed.
Izuku's eyes widened as All Might's words sank in.
"Wait... wait... wait—"
He suddenly jumped up, knocking the chair back with a thud.
"HOLY CRAP! Does that mean the Hero Killer might have One For All now?!"
All Might waved his hand calmly, a reassuring smile tugging at his skeletal face.
"No, no, relax Midoriya. That's not how it works."
Izuku exhaled in relief but leaned forward with intense curiosity as All Might continued.
"One For All... can only be passed on intentionally by the current bearer. I had to will it to you. It's not automatic. Otherwise, you'd be right—any villain who managed to get a blood sample could claim it."
Izuku blinked, nodding slowly.
All Might added with a grin and a soft chuckle,
"Although... there are ways to force it if the user is severely weakened. But that's another matter entirely."
He paused, eyes twinkling with dry humor.
"It's kind of like this..."
All Might looked upward in thought and imagined himself in a junior high uniform holding his backpack, surprised as a girl in a high school blazer shyly held out a box of chocolates.
"Here... take it..."
The image sparkled romantically.
Back in the real world—
Izuku's face burned red.
"WHAT KIND OF EXAMPLE IS THAT?!"
All Might laughed with a wheezy cough.
"Haha! It's about intent, young Midoriya. Intent matters. Just like in that awkward teenage moment."
He cleared his throat and became more serious.
"You see... One For All is special—very special. It wasn't born in isolation. It originated from another quirk. A much older one."
Izuku's face shifted.
"What... what do you mean?"
All Might's voice lowered.
"A long time ago, at the dawn of quirks, a quirk appeared unlike any other. It allowed its user to steal quirks from others—and pass them on."
Izuku's heart nearly stopped.
"It's name was All For One. A quirk born in chaos."
He stood up and walked to the window, the dying sun casting golden rays across his sharp, withered features.
"When quirks first emerged... society crumbled. Laws collapsed. Order decayed. It was like the natural flow of the world had been... broken."
Izuku slowly sat back down, listening intently.
"Some people online say... if quirks had never appeared, humans would be taking interstellar vacations by now."
All Might looked over his shoulder and nodded grimly.
"I believe that too. Civilization would've advanced rapidly without the disruptions."
"But... that's not the path history took."
"Instead, during that chaotic time, a man appeared. A manipulator. A tyrant. The first great villain."
"With his ability to steal quirks and gift them to others, he ensnared people. Gave them power. Made them feel special. Then made them depend on him."
All Might's eyes narrowed.
"Those who couldn't handle the quirks he gave them... became mindless husks. Broken. Like the Nomu you've seen. Hollow puppets."
Izuku's breath caught in his throat.
"I've... I've heard rumors. People talk about it online like it's some urban myth. But it's never in the history books..."
All Might turned fully, his skeletal frame like a shadow of the man he once was.
"Because it's a history society wanted to forget. To erase. It was... too shameful. Too dark."
Izuku's eyes darkened with intensity.
"So... how does One For All fit into all this?"
All Might smiled slightly. Here came the part that mattered most.
"That villain—All For One—had a younger brother. Frail. Sickly. Powerless."
"But unlike his brother, he had a pure heart. A deep sense of justice."
"They couldn't have been more different."
"And yet, the villain thought it'd be amusing to give his brother a quirk."
Izuku's eyebrows furrowed.
"He... gave him a quirk?"
All Might nodded.
"Yes. A quirk that allowed him to store power. Useless on its own, or so it seemed. But what All For One didn't realize was that his brother already had a quirk."
"A dormant quirk... the ability to pass on his quirk to someone else."
"When the two combined—storage and transference—something new was born."
He stepped forward.
"One For All."
Izuku's heart thundered in his chest.
This was the origin—the true birth—of the power he held.
Natsu:" Woah! He sounds strong, I'll fight him !!!!"
Rokuro:" Shut up you idiot this is serious !!"
Natsu: " WHAT YOU SAY!!!!!"
He jumped Rokuro and the two began to fight.
Nana:" BOY'S THAT'S ENOUGH!!!
Banjo:" This is pretty great beer Meliodas!"
Banjo said at the counter of Meliodas bar with a mug of beer in hand
All Might sat solemnly, shadows cast across his skeletal face as the fading sunlight pierced through the blinds.
"You know, Young Midoriya..." he began quietly, "I always thought it was ironic... that justice—true, unshakable justice—so often comes from evil."
Izuku blinked, his head tilted.
All Might nodded slowly.
"One For All came from All For One. The light was born... from the darkest shadow imaginable."
Izuku raised a hand.
"Wait. Hold on. I get that One For All originated from All For One. But if that villain was around at the beginning of quirks—shouldn't he be... dead by now?"
All Might's expression grew grim.
"You'd think so. But a quirk that can steal other quirks has no limits. If he found one that halted aging... it wouldn't be far-fetched at all."
He leaned forward, voice low and heavy.
"The symbol of evil... seemed immortal. During that time, the power gap between him and the rest of the world was like the ocean versus a puddle."
Izuku's eyes widened, goosebumps crawling up his arms.
"The younger brother... couldn't fight him. But he entrusted his quirk, One For All, to someone else. And that person passed it on... and so on... until it reached me."
All Might clenched a fist, his voice cracking slightly.
"I finally did it. I finally beat him."
"I finally did it. I finally beat him."
His gaze turned distant.
"Or... I thought I did."
He looked Izuku dead in the eye.
"He's back. Alive. Still twisted. And now... he's the one behind the League of Villains."
Izuku's breath caught.
"A-All For One...?"
All Might nodded.
"I had hoped to spare you this burden... but if you're to carry One For All, you must know. Because now..."
His voice grew soft.
"You may one day have to finish what I couldn't."
All Might lowered his gaze, guilt flickering in his eyes.
"I'm sorry, Midoriya. I should have—"
Before he could finish—
Izuku stood.
"I'll do it."
All Might looked up.
"No matter what it takes..." Izuku continued, his eyes burning with unwavering fire.
"I'll fight. I'll stand tall. I won't back down."
"There was a time," he said, clenching his fists, "when I believed that as long as you were there, I could face anyone."
He stepped toward the window, staring into the orange-tinged sky. All Might was about to talk, to tell Izuku that he wouldn't always be there but no matter how hard he tried he couldn't, and then he heard the boy continue.
"But then I trained with Batman, fought beside Gran Torino, stood against Stain, faced Destiny, and even met Superman..."
He looked over his shoulder at All Might with an intense, almost radiant expression.
"And I realized something."
"You won't always be there."
"But that doesn't mean I'll fall. It means I'll have to fight harder."
All Might's eyes widened.
"I can't be the next All Might. I can't just be another symbol of peace."
Izuku turned fully, his voice calm but powerful—like thunder in sunlight.
"Because I want to become more than that."
"I want to be a symbol of hope—for the kids hiding under rubble, for the mothers clutching their children, for the people who have no one left to believe in."
"I want to be a beacon of justice... for those lost in the dark."
He placed a hand on his chest.
"I want to shine a light on this world."
His voice rose, unwavering.
"Not as All Might."
A pause.
Then, with conviction echoing like the birth of a legend:
"But as the hero—Dekiru."
All Might looked at the young man who he met months ago, the boy he shared the happiest moments of his life since Nana with and teared up.
All Might: You've truly grown up my boy (Sniff). Then I will support you, and stand by you until the day the world celebrates the hero Dekiru !
Izuku nodded with a bright smile to his first mentor.

[Master crimminal]
Dim green lighting pulsed against steel walls, casting eerie shadows across the cavernous laboratory. The low hum of machines blended with the wet, organic gurgling of pods filled with viscous fluid—each one containing abominations birthed from science, madness, and demon blood.
A raspy voice broke the silence.
"How are our demon-enhanced Nomus progressing... Doctor?"
All For One stepped forward, his voice regal and venomous.
The gnarled, pale figure of Dr. Ujiko turned from his console, his glasses glinting.
"Ah, progressing wonderfully, my lord," the mad doctor grinned. "Their regenerative abilities are far beyond the earlier models. And their quirks are... delightfully unstable."
He chuckled as if sharing a joke with death.
"The demon blood has bonded well with the spinal cores. We'll have soldiers fit to tear down cities in your name."
Before All For One could respond, a voice cut through the gloom—low, growling, full of wrathful anticipation.
"So tell me..."
A cloaked figure leaned against a pillar, eyes glowing crimson in the dark.
"When do we finally get revenge... on Meliodas?"
Silence followed.
Then All For One turned toward him slowly, his tone composed yet commanding.
"Patience, Prince Zeldris."
"Let the flames of vengeance simmer. Your wrath will have its day... but only once we have ensured victory."
"The war is coming. But battles... must be won strategically."
Zeldris scoffed, the air around him vibrating with dark energy, but he said nothing more.
All For One stepped away and approached a pod in the center of the room—larger than the others. It emitted a soft purple glow, filled with thick liquid. Floating inside...
A girl.
Red ribbons of her hair swirled gently in the fluid. Unconscious. Peaceful. Haunting.
Before the pod sat Kamui, his head bowed, arms resting on his knees. The ruthless executioner from Twin Star Exorcists now looked... human. Silent. Reverent.
All For One halted beside him.
"Kamui."
The man didn't move.
"It's time. Go. Assist Yuuto and the Ten Commandments with their next assignment. The time for the world to wallow in despair nears"
Kamui finally stirred.
"Tch. Understood."
He stood up, brushing down his coat. He took a single step toward the shadows—then stopped. Turned.
He walked back to the pod, placing his palm gently against the glass.
A flicker of something deep—achingly tragic—crossed his face.
He pressed his forehead to the pod, whispering:
"Wait for me... my bride."
A pause. His eyes darkened.
"...My... Benio."
Then he turned, coat whipping in the cold artificial wind, and vanished into the dark corridors—toward war.
