Jun Kai walked away from the crowd around the love predictor with a dark expression.
His steps were faster than usual.
Behind him, the excited murmurs of the participants continued.

Jun Kai stopped abruptly in the middle of the path.
"That's nonsense."
He turned around sharply, glaring back toward the breakfast hall as if the predictor himself could hear him from across the training grounds.
"There's no such thing as predicting the future."
A passing competitor glanced at him nervously.
Jun Kai continued muttering under his breath.
"It's ridiculous."
His irritation grew stronger the more he thought about it.
The idea that some stranger could sit behind a wooden board and decide people's destinies...
That was absurd.
