"Unbreakable Will!"
Chen let out a low roar, and a Runic Shield appeared around him. His body immediately became incredibly hard, allowing him to directly withstand a full volley of bullets from the shotgun.
The bullets hit Chen's head, but not only did they have no effect, they even ricocheted off. Kled gulped:
"What kind of person is this?"
Kled, who was always fearless, never expected Chen to be so tough!
Chen looked at Kled, who had lost his "mount." With him dismounted, everything was easier. He shouted to Jinx:

Kled put out the flames on his beard, while Skaarl shrieked beside him.
Kled turned to Skaarl:
"Skaarl! The title of Sergeant General isn't earned by running away!"
But Skaarl shrieked a few more times, picked up Kled, and zipped away.
Kled's shouts could still be heard from afar:
"Skaarl! Go back! I can't desert in battle!"
Chen laughed. Truly a cowardly lizard.
But it was good that he ran. Kled certainly couldn't defeat him, and Jinx's missiles alone could teach him a lesson.
"So, Kled is alive today entirely thanks to Skaarl."
Kled made Skaarl, and at the same time, Skaarl made Kled.
Kled's bravery and skill in battle made him unstoppable, turning him into a "War God" of Noxus!
But Noxus had many enemies, and Kled had participated in countless battles. He was alive today not entirely due to a Yordle's lifespan, but because of his lizard, Skaarl.
Next, he only needed to help Rell. But when Chen and Powder turned around, they found Noxian soldiers lying everywhere, and the iron gate of the city had a large hole melted through it.
Rell, riding her warhorse and holding her spear, looked incredibly cool from behind.
Chen and Jinx followed on their beloved small motorcycle.
Through the long night, the three walked through the desolate wilderness of Noxus.
Jinx suddenly jumped from Chen's vehicle onto Rell's warhorse, patting the iron warhorse's rear:
"Your ability is so convenient!"
Chen knew that what Jinx was thinking was that she definitely wanted Rell to help her make guns, bullets, and other weapons. Rell was much more useful than those lathes.

"Can you do it alone?"
Rell remembered the story Powder had told her:

Now Chen understood what "Chapter Two: The Noxian Revolution" truly meant. It wasn't Swain's revolution, but rather to join Rell in a Noxian revolution.
Just like he and Ekko had led a revolution between Zaun and Piltover!

But after looking at the quest rewards, Chen knew:
