"May I ask how many wet rice seeds you would like to purchase?"
"How do you sell them here?"
"We sell them by weight, half a kilogram per bag."
Hearing this, Ewan raised an eyebrow, clearly not expecting seeds to be sold in such a manner. But oh well, every era had its own different ways. Along the path inside, Ewan realized that they didn't just have seeds here, but also organic mineral fertilizers. Seeing this, Ewan was somewhat surprised and had to ask: "Do you sell fertilizers here as well?"
"Yes, we do. We even have potting soil."
"Potting soil?"
"The normal soil around here cannot be used for cultivation, you see." The attendant smiled: "Some households that want to grow flowers and the like can buy extra potting soil to put in planters."
Ewan and Asher Ryder nodded in understanding. Yet, they could not help but mentally marvel at the concept; spending credits to buy soil just to grow flowers was truly an exorbitant luxury.
