Aboard the advancing Gibeck's Sword.
"Don't worry, Kozaburo! Miss Furiko!"
"The first mate's pocket dimension has a time ratio of fifty to one."
"Even if two months pass outside, only a little over a day goes by in there—nothing will happen to them."
Fūgetsu Kisaburō excitedly explained Fang Huo's special dimension to Kozaburo and Furiko as though the ability were his own.
"That's incredible!"
Shimotsuki Furiko gazed at their new family head, Fang Huo, eyes sparkling; his power had effortlessly swallowed their Shimotsuki warship.
The sorcery of the outside world—Devil Fruit powers—really was limitless.
"Hey, Fang Huo, be honest—how big is your dimension?"
Rocks had just watched Fang Huo's rainbow gate casually "gulp down" a three-masted schooner.
That space had to be bigger than the giant castle of the Castle-Castle user.
"Not big—just a small sea and one island."
Fang Huo's lips curled slightly, as if discussing something trivial.
"What? A sea? And an island?"
Rocks' eyes bulged; earlier he'd ignored the size since Fang Huo had mentioned the time differential.
As long as it held supplies, it was fine.
Now he was being told there was a whole island—and seawater?
How was that possible?
A dimension with seawater, opened by a Devil Fruit—how did that make sense?
"It's that huge!"
"Damn, if not for that crazy time gap, I'd love to explore it for a day."
"If we stay two hours inside, four days pass outside—we could just skip the sail to Enies Lobby."
"first mate, I want in!"
"Let's see what treasures you've stashed!"
"We want to see our gold!"
"You looted so many Sky Island sea shells and you've got the Gulp-Gulp fusion—bet it's built up nice, right?"
Hearing Fang Huo brag, the Executives instantly wanted a tour.
If they came out quickly, they wouldn't lose much time.
And they could skip the boring voyage.
"Fang Huo, even I've never been inside~"
Stussy threw him a flirtatious glance; she knew he often entered that space.
Yet did he really experience the huge time difference?
After collecting wood and shells he'd pop in for half a day, come back out after only minutes—how did he get everything organized?
"Since you're all curious, let's take a look."
"But stay away from my private castle—otherwise you might turn green with envy."
Fang Huo smiled faintly; during the half-year on Sky Island he'd felled trees in Shandora, gathered shells, and bit by bit erected his castle on the Lost World island.
With Gravity Fruit and Gulp-Gulp powers, a fortress of stone, steel, timber—and even gold—rose from the ground.
"first mate, saying that only makes us want to see it more!!"
Kiel Bastard and Maron itched to find whatever treasure could make them jealous.
"Fang Huo, let me turn your castle into Homies!"
"Then you can have loads of Homie servants."
Charlotte Linlin suddenly grew interested; a castle Fang Huo prized had to be important.
She wanted a part in anything vital to him.
"In that case, everyone who wants a peek can go in."
Fang Huo relented, letting his Executives and two new vassals view his half-year masterpiece.
"wahaha~ I'll see what could make me jealous!"
Rocks licked his lips; surely it was just Shandora's gold multiplied a dozenfold.
At most ten-plus times what they'd gotten.
"Then keep your eyes wide and behold my world."
Fang Huo morphed the Devouring Gu into a rainbow portal and, for the first time, invited everyone inside to tour his golden castle.
"Long live the first mate!!"
"Let's see what treasures you've got!"
As Fang Huo led them into Lost World, on the island his apprentice-servants were just ushering the Shimotsuki retainers ashore into the open zone.
The island had been split in two by a towering wall.
One side held Fang Huo's golden castle; the other served as servant quarters and Rocks Pirates supply depot.
"Master!"
"Lord Family Head! Lady Furiko!"
The apprentices and retainers quickly saluted.
"Let's see what treasures you've got!"
Rocks leapt atop the wall and charged straight into Fang Huo's private side.
The other Executives hurried after him.
Beside the golden castle stood the Rainbow Tower and a Birkan shrine.
"Is that pillar solid gold or just plated?"
"Even the clock tower's gold??"
Before the castle square, a colossal Golden Pillar rose, topped by a statue of Fang Huo himself.
Beside it stood an enormous Golden Bell.
Rocks and Maron were stunned; the gold Fang Huo had shared was merely scraps—barely a corner of this pillar and bell.
Their share couldn't match a single facet of these monuments.
"Damn it! Damn it!"
"Fang Huo, you embezzled all this gold!"
Honestly, Rocks was turning green; such wealth was unimaginable.
"We're rich, darling, I adore you!!"
Stussy pounced on Fang Huo, kissing him wildly, then blurred to the pillar, trembling as she stroked the massive gold.
"Shameless!"
Shimotsuki Furiko muttered, cheeks puffed at Stussy's brazenness toward Lord Fang Huo.
Yet even she had never seen so much gold.
Her daimyo father couldn't produce more than a few chests of coins.
"This is magnificent!!"
Kiel Bastard and Maron were dumbstruck; envy no longer covered it.
Their first mate was a walking golden treasure trove.
"first mate, we're yours for life!"
Babel wiped his mouth and shouted with Sanbel in unison.
"Fang Huo, you…"
Whitebeard Newgate didn't know what to say; Fang Huo, rich as he was, had told him not to blindly aid his hometown and even offered to safeguard his own meager share.
A bit more gold and his village could've become a town of tycoons.
"Fang Huo! I'll turn the pillar and bell into Homies!"
Without waiting, Charlotte Linlin poured out collected soul force—even a sliver of her own essence—and unleashed the Soul-Soul Fruit.
From now on Fang Huo's beloved gold would be her Homies.
She and Fang Huo would never part.
Within you is me, within me is you!
