''P-Please… F-Forgive me… I'm sorry.'' Jeff groaned, trying to speak. His face twisted in agony as another punch wrecked his abdomen.
His head dropped in exhaustion, but Scarlet just yanked his hair up. She said coldly,
''Forgive? Sorry? For what?''
Jeff's vision blurred for a moment as he tried to think of something to say.
''F-For everything.''
Actually, he didn't even know what he had done to her. But he had to spit out anything he could think of right now. Otherwise, Scarlet would kill him.
In a game where they had no connection to the outside world, no one could save him.
Scarlet narrowed her eyes for a moment before laughing psychotically. At some point, she stopped and said,
''I've changed my mind.''
That sentence startled both Travis and Jeff. Jeff, especially, just stared at her, gulping in fear.
Although he had imagined what she might do next, he could only hope it wasn't true.
