A few polite "invitations" later, all the spies in the Land of Waves were escorted to the office—for tea, of course. Nothing says hospitality like being dragged in by elite ninjas.
Some of them did try to stir trouble, but Shisui Uchiha shut them down without breaking a sweat. In normal conditions, Shisui's strength was already far beyond that of ordinary shinobi—enough to crush most rebellious idiots before they could even finish thinking about it.
After leaving the office, Shisui let out a soft sigh as he sensed the two massive chakra signatures colliding in the distance.
From the perspective of the ninja world, his strength ranked among the top tier—but even with the Mangekyō Sharingan, he knew damn well he wasn't on the level of those two monsters.
Those two had already surpassed the Sannin… and even the Five Kage.
In a sense, the outcome of this battle could shift the entire direction of the ninja world. And all he could do… was stand firmly behind Menma.
At that moment, Zabuza Momochi walked out of the office as well, glanced at the disturbance in the distance, and asked:
"Shisui… who's stronger? Menma or the Akatsuki leader? And how the hell is this fight going to end?"
As one of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen, Zabuza understood exactly what kind of monsters those chakra signatures belonged to.
The reason those spies behaved themselves wasn't because of him—it was because of the terrifying pressure coming from afar. He was just riding the tiger's momentum.
Shisui stared into the distance and said quietly,
"Menma won't lose. But no matter what… after today, both he and the leader of Akatsuki will shake the entire ninja world."
Zabuza paused for a moment, then nodded.
Judging by the number of spies "enjoying tea" in the office, today's events were guaranteed to spread. The structure of the ninja world might change because of this.
Too bad Kirigakure's role in all this wasn't exactly glorious… better keep that part quiet.
Shisui withdrew his gaze and said,
"Stop overthinking. Get back to work. We've invited guests from every village—but the most dangerous one is still missing."
He paused, then added,
"And tell Haku to stay alert. That guest has a nasty habit of collecting Bloodline Limits like trophies."
Zabuza smirked.
"Relax. I hid Haku a long time ago. The kid's not weak—he can survive even against jōnin."
Shisui shook his head helplessly and continued patrolling.
...
Meanwhile, Orochimaru—the very guest Shisui was worried about—had already slipped away from Company Street.
Compared to Ice Release or the Sharingan, he was far more interested in the clash between Menma and Pain.
If both sides ended up crippled… maybe he could swoop in and snatch the Rinnegan.
Those eyes once belonged to the Sage of Six Paths. Of course he fucking wanted them.
Boom!
Unfortunately, before he could get any closer, the aftermath of Shinra Tensei smacked him straight into the ground.
Climbing back up, Orochimaru's eyes burned with madness.
The stronger the Rinnegan… the more valuable it was for research. Maybe it even held the ultimate secret of ninjutsu.
As he approached again, both Naruto and Nagato—whose sensory abilities were maxed out—noticed him.
Without even speaking, they both launched attacks toward the forest.
Yeah, they wanted to fight each other… but neither of them was stupid enough to let a snake bastard sit back and fish for benefits.
Dodging wind blades, falling rocks, and repulsive force, Orochimaru suddenly found himself dealing with missiles and laser-like attacks.
At first, he thought it was just bad luck.
Then it clicked.
"Ah… shit. I've been spotted."
Realizing this, he immediately gave up advancing and hid inside a rock crevice, lying low like a cowardly snake.
No way in hell he could handle both Menma and Pain at once.
Unless he used that unfinished forbidden jutsu… but that thing could backfire and screw him over completely. Not worth it.

Back on the battlefield.
Sensing Orochimaru's chakra disappear, Naruto Uzumaki dodged a sneak attack from the Human Path and grinned at the Deva Path in the distance.
"Looks like we've got some understanding between us… no freeloaders allowed."
Nagato didn't reply. He was fully focused on controlling the Six Paths of Pain.
Once all Six Paths joined the fight, Naruto finally felt some pressure. Now he just needed the right moment… to use Chibaku Tensei and seal him completely.
Still, something felt off.
Naruto didn't look like he was struggling—more like he was waiting.
After locking Naruto within a ten-meter range, Nagato made his move. He released a black sphere into the sky.
The moment it appeared—
Naruto smirked.
Synchronizing with the Nine-Tails' chakra, he instantly transformed into full Tailed Beast mode and fired a Tailed Beast Bomb straight at it.
BOOM!!!
The black sphere—Chibaku Tensei—was obliterated midair.
Naruto reverted back, his chakra cloak reforming into a darker, more sinister version.
Dark Nine-Tails Mode.
His entire aura turned eerie… almost more demonic than the Six Paths themselves.
Naruto stepped forward slowly and said with a mocking tone:
"So this is the power of the Rinnegan? And you think you can collect all the tailed beasts with this?"
"Uzumaki Nagato… aren't you a bit naive?"
The Deva Path stared silently, but behind it, Nagato's expression had completely darkened.
He never imagined going all out—and still failing to capture the Nine-Tails Jinchūriki.
Were these really the eyes of the Sage of Six Paths?
Wasn't he supposed to be the god who would bring peace?
Naruto continued walking forward, his voice dripping with disdain:
"I heard they call you a god in Amegakure. Looks like that title is just as bullshit as the old 'Half-God'."
That hit hard.
Even so, Nagato forced himself to stay calm.
"I can't defeat you… but you can't break through Pain either. Neither of us can do anything to the other."
Naruto stopped and stared at him.
He wasn't wrong.
Without Sage Mode, Naruto couldn't counter the Preta Path's absorption. And pure physical attacks were blocked by Shinra Tensei.
A perfect stalemate.
But Naruto had never planned to win outright.
After a moment, he suddenly smiled.
"Maybe I can't beat you… but your plan? That's already fucked."
He picked up a black receiver from the ground and pointed it toward Nagato's hidden location.
"From today onward, the world will know there are two monsters who rival—or surpass—the Five Kage."
"And one of them is hunting tailed beasts."
He paused, letting that sink in.
"Tell me… when every ninja village starts guarding their Jinchūriki like paranoid maniacs…"
"How the hell is Akatsuki going to collect them?"
Silence.
Nagato said nothing.
Naruto tilted his head slightly and continued, almost casually:
"So I'm curious…"
"Now that your plan is basically screwed…"
"Will Akatsuki keep chasing tailed beasts like idiots… or crawl back and pretend to be a 'peace organization' again?"
This time, Nagato truly fell silent.
For once… the so-called god had no answer.
