Valerie's POV
I picked up my license quickly and Lan offered to drive me to pick up my car at the dealership.
I don't know what had gotten into him but he was so clingy.
However, I didn't hate the feeling. In fact, I was quite happy to have him by my side.
Spending time with him made me feel happy for no reason.
But something still made me hold back. The feelings I had for him were growing stronger. My heart would beat so fiercely in my chest whenever he was close to me.
Whenever we accidentally touched, sparks would burst from the point of touch and my entire body would feel as if it was on fire.
Not the kind that burned painfully, but the kind that made me want to get even closer.
I couldn't understand what was happening and Lizzie was being mysterious again.
When I asked what the problem could be, she would just say it was normal.
How was anything I was feeling normal? Even Mike never made me feel that way.
