Ace looked at the Old Man and had his eyes widened " Old Man!!! What are you doing here!!? " before Garp could even speak, Luffy unhinged directly grabbed the Meat and started stuffing to his mouth one after another. Kyle, Sabo and Ace saw this and become speechless for a second. Ace " Hey!!! Those are our food!!!! "
Luffy with his mouth full said " Sh…a….k ...sor….shoo…d ( Thanks for the food!!! ) Ace had his face red with rage. Kyle " Hey Ace stop, I would cook you another if needed. Let the kid eat his fill. "Luffy had completed the full meal in a minute and had his belly stuffed. Ace was full of anger. Garp looked at Kyle, Garp " Hey kid, I heard you want to become a Marine? "
Kyle looked at Garp who is looking upright, Damn he is at the same height and built as Hodor. But Kyle knew Garp could destroy the very Island if he willed it. Kyle " Yes Sir, who are you!? " Kyle looked intimidated by Garp, but he refused to back down by the presence. As the one with the cheat like power, Kyle has confidence that he would stand at the top of the World one day.
Garp liked the look Kyle gave him. Garp " I am Ace's Grandpa. " Ace " No, he is just an Old Man. " Ace got a knock on his head. After a while Garp took the four Kids to Dadan. He knocked the door of the House continuously and finally Dadan came screaming " Who is that wants to die...!!!!!!!!!?.... " when she saw Garp she shut up with fear and muttered " Ga..rppp…. "
Garp picked Luffy and said " He is my Grandson Luffy, he would be under your care. " Luffy raised his hand and said " Yo!! " Dadan " Impossible!!!! " Garp " What did you say!? " Dadan " Nothing!!! " Dadan did not refuse much as she got Kyle with her she would have him handle the brats. Meanwhile she does know about Sabo as Kyle has already spoken with her about him.
Garp " And I heard about this Brat Kyle, Quite a good kid. I would go and talk with Sengoku and take him back when I come next time. " This time the entire Bandit house including Dadan and Ace shouted " Absolutely Not!!!! " Garp " That kid will be a excellent Marine and he would be training with me. " Dadan " Then take Ace and your Grandson Luffy back with you. "
Garp " I give you two options, 1. You take care of Ace and Luffy while I take Kyle to Marineford. 2. You all go to prison and I take Kyle to Marineford and let Ace, Luffy have other Caretakers. " Dadan was shivering in fear and Anger and finally relented. But deep down she loved both Kyle and Ace as if they are her own son. Luffy then wanted to bond with Kyle, Ace and Sabo where Kyle and Sabo where easygoing with Luffy. Ace refused to acknowledge him.
Garp then took the four boys and started thrashing the kids around as if it was training. Kyle for the first time felt hell. He was tossed around like a rag ball of dirt. At the end of the night he was like a Sack of Garbage thrown away powerless to even life a finger. Garp stayed for three days, Kyle was being thrashed around with Fist of love along with the three brats.
Ace, Sabo and Luffy tried to ditch him but always got caught. Kyle knew that escape is useless so he concentrated on getting stronger. Kyle knew that Garp is being cruel to them in training as Sea is far crueller than the training. And gradually Kyle's appetite has been increasing tremendously and his body is also digesting faster. It is like his body is breaking part and being healed again and again. But there is not major change since all three brats other than Kyle could endure longer than Kyle but the gap is being closed down even if it is a tiny step.
In Game of Thrones, morning as three days has passed. Today is the day Kyle was supposed to start training. He went to the training grounds, from the soldiers to Tavern, Brothels all are speaking about the boy who never gave up the task in these three days. Kyle was welcomed by the Guards and Rodrik saw that Kyle arrived on time and nodded at him.
He called out his Nephew Jory Cassel. Rodrik " Jory give the boy a wooden sword and have a spar with him. " Kyle took a wooden sword, it was light in his hands. Kyle do not knew anything about sword fight, but seeing the opposite Jory Cassel, he did not feel the least bit intimidated as even Ace and Luffy could defeat him with ease. And he faced Garp the past three days.
Seeing that Kyle is not being intimidated and holding the Sword facing Jory impressed Rodrik more than ever. There is not a speck of fear on Kyle's eyes. Kyle knew that he has to make the first move, he ran towards Jory and slashed at him. Jory parried him but the strength that the sword carried to him was strong. Jory felt his arm hurt. Kyle was like a beast he relentlessly attacked Jory like animal.
There is no finese or technique, it was a raw animalistic attacks strikes. Jory felt overwhelmed by Kyle as Kyle posses strength of 14 or even 16 year old boys. And his eyes are intimidating for Jory. Jory who was feeling humiliated by being dominated by a 10 year old Kid. He found a opening and he relentlessly attacked Kyle without giving a opportunity.
Kyle being attacked by Garp in the three days, felt Jory far weaker and simpler. His body automatically judges how he would be attacked and how to counter attack. Rodrik's eyes shined in brilliance, he can see that Kyle is being a raw stone, his sword has no techniques but his combt instinct is like an animal's danger senses. Rodrik ' This boy is a natural born prodigy. I must talk with Ned about this boy's future. '
Kyle after relentless attacks, Jory was overwhelmed and was defeated by Kyle by having his sword being disarmed. The entire training ground looked at the battle with utter disbelief. Kyle looked like a rampaging beast that destroys anything on the path. Rodrik " Good kid, you have the strength and instinct. But no matter what Talent you got, if you are dead by lack of concentration or defeated by a master Swordsman, then everything is over. "
Kyle's adrenaline spike has calmed down. Kyle nodded. He saw that the Wooden Sword in his Hand is on the verge of Breaking. Jory despite loosing he did not feel humiliated anymore as he is witnessing the Legend in the making, a great Knights like Ser Duncan the Tall, Prince Daemon Targaryen, Ser Barriston the Bold, Ser Arthur Dayne. He might even surpass Daemon Blackfyre by becoming the knight at young age.
