Helios Vanguard Academy...

MS CLASS...

The Military Strategy (MS) class inside Helios Vanguard Academy was unusually quiet.

The room was circular, like most classrooms in the academy.

Desks were arranged in concentric arcs while tactical maps floated above the central platform.

At the center stood the instructor—one of the academy's most respected trainers, a former fleet strategist who had commanded several interstellar defense campaigns.

A holographic battlefield simulation hovered in the air.

"Remember," the trainer said calmly,

"logistics wins wars more often than weapons."

Students watched as troop movements shifted across the projection.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Krishna sat relaxed in his chair, listening while occasionally noting key points.

Jacob sat a few rows away, trying to look focused while subtly messaging notes to himself.

Just as the trainer began explaining supply line disruptions—The classroom door slid open.

-Swish!

Another instructor stepped in quietly.

The class paused.

"...."

"...."

"...."

The visiting trainer spoke briefly to the instructor at the center.

A moment later, the instructor turned toward the students.

"Krishna."

Several heads turned instantly.

Krishna raised an eyebrow slightly.

"...."

"Yes, sir?"

"There is a visitor asking for you."

That immediately stirred whispers across the room.

A visitor? For Krishna? During class?

The instructor continued.

"He claims it's urgent business."

Murmurs spread through the students.

Jacob leaned back in his chair, whispering to the student beside him.

"Watch, it's probably another studio trying to buy Star Entertainment."

Another student muttered.

"Or a reporter."

The instructor raised a hand and the room quieted again.

He looked at Krishna.

"You may step out and attend to the matter."

Then he added calmly.

"Make sure you review the lecture recording later. Today's material will appear in the next assessment."

Krishna nodded respectfully.

-Nod

"Yes, sir."

He stood up.

As he walked past Jacob, Jacob leaned slightly toward him.

"Hey," he whispered, "whoever it is, tell them you're busy making crazy movie."

Krishna replied quietly.

"Send me your notes after class."

Jacob grinned hearing him.

-Grin

"Deal."

Krishna stepped out of the classroom and followed the waiting trainer down the corridor.

Inside his mind, curiosity was already growing.

Who would come to the academy to meet him?

A studio representative? A business partner? A journalist?

As they walked through the quiet hallway, the trainer stopped near the visitor reception area.

He gestured toward the waiting room ahead.

"Your guest is inside."

Krishna stepped forward.

And a young man stood up from one of the chairs.

Tall. Broad-shouldered. Single amber eye.

The unmistakable features of a Gorveth farmer from Verdantis-9.

Krishna frowned slightly.

-Frown

"...."

He had never seen this person before.

Reception Room...

The reception room at Helios Vanguard Academy was quiet.

Sunlight from Astraea Prime's sky filtered through the tall glass panels.

Krishna stepped inside.

The moment he did—The young Gorveth man sitting in the chair stood up quickly.

He let out a long breath of relief.

-Sigh

"...."

For the past several hours he had been sitting there, running the same thought through his mind again and again.

'What if he refuses to meet me? What if I came all this way for nothing? What if he says no before I even explain?'

But now—Krishna was standing in front of him.

Eryndel Vorn stepped forward quickly.

Krishna hadn't even spoken yet when the young farmer grabbed his hand and shook it enthusiastically.

"Thank the stars you came!"

Krishna blinked once, slightly confused.

"…I assume you're the visitor."

Eryndel straightened quickly.

"Yes! Sorry—sorry."

He cleared his throat.

-Cough!

"My name is Eryndel Vorn."

He gestured toward himself proudly.

"I'm from Verdantis-9."

Krishna raised an eyebrow slightly.

That was two galaxies away.

Before Krishna could even ask anything—Eryndel continued excitedly.

"I'm a huge fan of your work!"

Krishna paused hearing him caught off guard.

"A fan?"

"Yes!"

Eryndel's eye brightened as he spoke faster.

"I watched Tom and Jerry Season 1 the day it came out. Then the movie Tom and Jerry: The Fast and the Furry. And 3 Idiots—I watched it three times!"

Krishna's confusion grew slightly.

"...."

"And I never miss an episode of Tom and Jerry Season 2,"

Eryndel added proudly.

Krishna looked at him silently for a moment.

A fan. From two galaxies away. Who traveled across space.

During a school day. Just to meet him.

For a brief second, Krishna was both slightly pleased—And very confused.

'Did I really leave my Military Strategy class for this?'

At that exact moment—A familiar presence popped into existence beside him.

[-POP!]

Only visible to him.

The Entertainment System appeared wearing oversized sunglasses and a dramatic red carpet scarf.

It leaned toward Krishna and whispered theatrically:

[Well well well…]

It placed its hand dramatically on its chest.

[You did it, kid.]

Krishna kept his face neutral.

The system pointed at Eryndel like a game show host.

[Fans from across galaxies! Next step: screaming crowds!]

Then it leaned closer again and said in exaggerated theatrical tone.

[Alrighty then!]

Krishna ignored it.

"...."

The system continued dramatically.

[Somebody stop me! From becoming the most user friendly system ever existed!]

Krishna resisted the urge to sigh.

-Sigh

"...."

Eryndel was still talking enthusiastically.

"I even showed your movies to my family! And the farmers back home love Tom and Jerry!"

Krishna nodded slowly.

-Nod

"Well… I'm glad you enjoyed them."

The Entertainment System clasped its hands dramatically.

[-CLAP!] [-CLAP!] [-CLAP!]

[-CLAP!] [-CLAP!]...

[Look at this moment. A fan from another galaxy. Cue emotional music.]

Krishna mentally told it to shut up as it once again started its own thing.

It responded by silently pretending to zip its mouth.

[-ZIP!!!]

Eryndel finally paused.

"...."

His excitement faded slightly.

Now the nervousness returned. He took a breath.

"Actually… I didn't come all this way just to say that."

Krishna folded his arms slightly.

"I assumed."

Eryndel nodded his head as he scratched his head awkwardly for nearly forgetting the very reason he travelled here.

-Nod

"There's something important I need to ask you."

Krishna waited calmly as he felt the mood in the room changes.

Eryndel's voice grew serious.

"It's about my planet."

The Entertainment System slowly leaned back and whispered to Krishna as it took a popcorn out of no where and started munching on it

[Oh boy… This just went from fan meeting to plot development.]

Eryndel slowly steadied himself.

The excitement from meeting his idol faded as he began explaining the real reason he had come all the way to Astraea Prime.

"Sir… my planet is called Verdantis-9."

Krishna nodded slightly.

-Nod

"I know of it."

Eryndel seemed relieved that he didn't need to explain everything from the beginning.

"Our planet feeds a huge part of the galaxy," he continued.

"More than 89% of our population are farmers. Farming isn't just a job for us… it's our culture."

His voice softened slightly as he spoke about home.

"The food grown there is famous across many systems. People say crops from Verdantis-9 taste richer… more natural."

Krishna listened quietly.

"...."

While Eryndel continued.

"But ten years ago… everything started changing."

Krishna's expression sharpened slightly.

"A beverage company arrived."

He activated a small projection from his i-bracelet.

The logo appeared in the air.

NovaFizz Galactic Beverages

"They discovered something special about our planet's groundwater."

The projection shifted to a sample bottle.

A strange liquid shimmered inside.

Dark pink. Almost red.

"The water from Verdantis-9 has unique minerals," Eryndel explained.

"When used in drinks, it creates a naturally sweet flavor."

"That drink became extremely popular across many galaxies."

Krishna had seen that brand before. He nodded.

-Nod

"...."

Eryndel continued.

"At first, there was no problem. They were allowed to take water within regulated limits. But every year… they began taking more."

Krishna's brow tightened slightly.

-Frown

"...."

"They say it's legal," Eryndel continued.

"They hide behind paperwork. But farmers are seeing the difference."

He projected another image. Irrigation charts.

Water tables dropping slowly over the last decade.

"Our irrigation levels are falling. Our soil moisture cycles are changing. And the worst part…"

He paused.

"The water they take doesn't return to the natural cycle."

Krishna looked up slightly.

"What do you mean?"

Eryndel explained carefully.

"The water used in their production doesn't evaporate back into our local ecosystem."

"It's exported across galaxies."

Which meant—Rain cycles weren't replacing the loss.

"In the future," Eryndel said quietly, "Verdantis-9 could face a severe water shortage."

Krishna crossed his arms slowly.

The problem was clear. Corporate extraction.

Environmental imbalance. Farmers losing resources.

Even millions of years in the future…

Some problems hadn't changed.

Eryndel lowered his voice.

"This will destroy our main profession. Our way of life."

Krishna watched him silently. Then asked the obvious question.

"...."

"…Why are you telling me this?"

Eryndel hesitated hearing Krishna's question.

Because this was the moment he had traveled across galaxies for.

He took a breath.

"I want you to make a movie about it."

Silence filled the room.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Krishna blinked once caught off guard by the response.

-Blink! -Blink!

"...."

The Entertainment System, invisible beside him, slowly turned its head toward Eryndel.

[...]

Then toward Krishna.

Then dramatically opened its both arms.

[Oh this is good.]

Krishna ignored it.

Eryndel continued quickly.

"If people across galaxies see what is happening to our planet… They will care."

He gestured toward the projection of 3 Idiots.

"That movie made people think. It made them talk about pressure… about education systems."

His eye shone with hope.

"If someone tells our story like that… the universe will listen."

Krishna said nothing.

"...."

Inside his mind, thoughts moved quickly.

A social issue. A real conflict. A film request from a stranger.

The Entertainment System leaned close to his ear and whispered dramatically.

[Congratulations, Director. You just unlocked 'Accidental Activism Mode.']

Krishna kept his gaze on Eryndel.

"...."

The young farmer had crossed two galaxies to stand here.

To ask for a story to be told.

The room grew quiet.

"...."

"...."

"...."

No one spoke for several long moments.

Eryndel stood there patiently, though his single eye betrayed how tense he truly was.

He had come across two galaxies carrying the hopes of the farmers of Verdantis-9.

Now everything depended on the answer of the young director standing before him.

Krishna didn't reply immediately.

He simply folded his arms and stared at the floating projection of the water extraction charts.

Corporate greed. Farmers losing resources.

A system slowly draining a planet dry.

Inside his mind, thoughts moved rapidly.

And then—Something clicked.

'Wait…'

He suddenly remembered something stored inside his Entertainment System library.

One of the works he had unlocked from the roulette earlier.

The movie package.

Kathi.

The story flashed through his mind instantly.

A village. Farmers.

A corporation stealing water. A man standing up against it.

Krishna's eyes narrowed slightly.

-Frown.

'The core problem… is almost the same.'

Behind him, the Entertainment System slowly materialized, leaning sideways with exaggerated curiosity.

[Oh ho…]

It crossed its arms dramatically.

[Plot overlap detected.]

Krishna ignored it.

"...."

The System leaned closer and whispered in a theatrical tone.

[You're telling me… the universe just delivered a real-life script to your doorstep?]

Krishna remained calm.

But internally, he was already analyzing.

If he adapted the Kathi storyline to this world…

It could work.

But rushing into something like that without understanding the full situation would be reckless.

So he finally spoke.

"I need time."

Eryndel blinked his single eye.

-Blink

"...."

Krishna continued calmly.

"I can't make a decision based only on one conversation."

Eryndel nodded immediately.

-Nod

"That's fair."

Krishna raised his i-bracelet.

A small holographic contact panel appeared between them.

"Share your contact."

Eryndel quickly synced his bracelet.

A soft beep confirmed the connection. Krishna said,

"I'll research the situation. Talk to some sources. Understand the scale of the problem."

Then he looked directly at him.

"Give me a few days."

Eryndel's shoulders relaxed slightly.

That alone was already more than he expected.

"Thank you."

He bowed his head respectfully.

"I'll wait."

Krishna asked him curiously,

"You're staying on Astraea Prime?"

"Yes."

Eryndel smiled faintly while replying.

"I'll remain here until you make your decision."

The Entertainment System dramatically wiped an imaginary tear.

[A fan who traveled across galaxies and now camps outside the director's office…]

It sighed.

[-SIGH!]

[This is beautiful cinema.]

Krishna resisted the urge to roll his eyes.

Eryndel straightened again.

"I won't take more of your time."

He extended his hand. Krishna shook it.

"Thank you for listening."

Then the young farmer turned and began walking toward the exit of Helios Vanguard Academy.

Before leaving, he looked back once.

"I believe you're the only one who can tell this story."

Then he left. The door closed.

Silence returned.

"...."

"...."

"...."

The Entertainment System leaned beside Krishna and grinned.

[-GRIN!]

[Well…]

It rubbed its hands together.

[You've got a comedy shooting schedule, a viral frog, two theatrical releases…]

[…and now a planetary water crisis.]

Krishna sighed quietly.

-SIGH

"First I research."

The System grinned wider.

[-GRIN!]

[Director… You're about to make your first serious movie talks about society.]

Krishna looked toward the sky outside the academy windows.

Somewhere on Verdantis-9, farmers were still protesting.
