Supreme Kai Shin understood clearly that he would never descend to Earth without a dire reason. Few things in the mortal realm could ever command his divine attention, but Babidi and the sealed terror known as Majin Buu were his absolute priorities.

Seeing himself on Earth within the video's vision of the future, a chilling thought struck him: Were Babidi and Majin Buu already there? Was he traveling to that backwater planet specifically to intercept the revival of the universe's greatest threat?

"Lord Supreme Kai, it seems highly probable that Majin Buu is hidden on Earth," Kibito remarked, standing tall at his side. "However, we cannot be certain if they are there in our current timeline. The video depicts events that have yet to unfold."

Shin nodded as the realization settled. Kibito was right. According to the chronological markers revealed in previous segments, the footage took place more than a decade into the future. It was entirely possible that Babidi hadn't even set his sights on Earth yet.

"This complicates things," Shin murmured, his brow furrowing. "Babidi is likely watching this broadcast as well. If he realizes his secret location is being exposed to the multiverse, he will abandon his plans for Earth and vanish. As the most cunning mage in the universe, tracking him once he goes into hiding would be nearly impossible, even for a Supreme Kai."

"Lord Supreme Kai, we still have the Dragon Balls," Kibito suggested. "If the Shenron of Earth lacks the power to find him, we can journey to New Namek and summon Porunga. We can simply wish for Babidi's exact coordinates."

Shin's eyes lit up. "Of course! How did I overlook that?"

The weight that had been crushing his spirit for eons finally seemed to lift. Not only did they have the Dragon Balls as a tactical advantage, but Lord Beerus, the God of Destruction, had finally awakened. Even if Majin Buu were to be resurrected, he would be nothing more than dust before the overwhelming Power of Destruction.

"Kibito, I look rather formidable in this video, don't I?" Shin said, a small, proud smile tugging at his lips. "I haven't disgraced the mantle of the Supreme Kai. Even the narrator told the audience to remember my 'impressive' appearance. Perhaps I have even more glorious moments waiting in the later chapters."

Kibito's eyelids twitched. He felt a lingering sense of unease. If his master truly had more heroic feats ahead, why would the narrator emphasize remembering his current look so specifically? It felt more like a warning than a compliment.

Elsewhere in Universe 7, the wizard Babidi stared at the screen, a malicious sneer twisting his wrinkled, alien face. Seeing the Supreme Kai—the man responsible for his father Bibidi's death—filled him with a murderous loathing. He knew the gods were hunting him. If the video showed him on Earth, then Earth was now a compromised location. He would have to pivot. Yet, he couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement. Had his future self succeeded? Was Majin Buu finally free?

Across the Wanjie Multiverse, the focus of the viewers shifted toward the mystery of the "Supreme Kai."

Sengoku: "Supreme Kai? Is this another deity?"

Garp: "God? Hah! I remember that 'Kami' fellow from before was just a Namekian. I'll bet this Supreme Kai is just another strong alien with a fancy title."

Kibito: "Impudent mortals! Lord Supreme Kai is a true deity of the highest order! He is not some mere biological alien!"

King Kai: "He speaks the truth! Lord Supreme Kai stands above the four King Kais and even the Grand King Kai. He is the most exalted being in our hierarchy!"

The explanation sent shockwaves through the dimensions. For many who viewed the Dragon Ball world as a place where "gods" were just aliens with high power levels, this was a revelation. A true god? The highest-ranking authority? It was a massive psychological blow to the skeptics, though many quickly rationalized that while gods might exist in that world, they remained atheists regarding their own.

In the video, the narrative continued. Due to the immense, pressurized Ki and the regal aura Shin projected, Goku and Piccolo sensed he was far from ordinary. The World Martial Arts Tournament took an unexpected turn as the sixteen finalists gathered to draw lots.

The matchups were set: Krillin would lead the charge, while Piccolo was slated to face Supreme Kai Shin. Gohan was paired against Kibito, and Android 18 was set to fight the world champion, Mr. Satan. Meanwhile, Goten and Trunks had successfully infiltrated the adult division disguised as the "Masked Man."

However, the most electric pairing was the clash between rivals: Son Goku versus Vegeta. The two Saiyans would face off in the very first round.

As the tournament commenced, Krillin secured a swift victory. Then, it was time for Piccolo and Shin to enter the ring. They didn't trade blows. Shin simply looked at Piccolo with a knowing, serene smile. Piccolo stood frozen, his instincts screaming that he was standing before someone of impossible status. Feeling the immense weight of the divine hierarchy, Piccolo did the unthinkable—he forfeited.

Backstage, Akira, utilizing his tactical knowledge of the timeline, watched as Piccolo mistakenly guessed the stranger was the Grand King Kai. Kibito soon corrected him, revealing the truth: he was facing the Supreme Kai himself.

Piccolo stood speechless, his mind reeling. Seeing his own "intimidation factor" on screen, Shin couldn't help but beam.

"As expected of me," Shin exclaimed, watching Piccolo's shock. "I truly am quite impressive. It's only natural for one such as Piccolo, who has merged with a Kami, to feel the absolute suppression of my divine authority. I'm certain my highlights have only just begun!"
