In the video, the tension reached a breaking point. Seeing Gohan taking far too long to defeat Dabura, Vegeta—who had been watching from the sidelines—began to grow restless. His visible anxiety and surging irritation did not go unnoticed.

Dabura, sensing the shift, requested Babidi to teleport them back to the spaceship. Once there, Dabura whispered a chilling strategy to his master: he could manipulate Vegeta's pride, turning the Saiyan Prince into a puppet to fight Son Goku until both were left broken and bloodied.

Babidi's twisted gaze fell upon Vegeta. Deep within that proud warrior's soul, he sensed a familiar, simmering darkness. Casting a dark sorcery, Babidi began to weave his influence through Vegeta's mind, simultaneously forcibly unlocking the Saiyan's latent potential. Controlled by the spell, Vegeta clutched his head in agony, his face contorting into a mask of pure suffering as he let out a guttural scream.

The Supreme Kai, realizing the horror unfolding, desperately pleaded with Vegeta to focus his spirit and resist Babidi's mental invasion. It was futile. When Vegeta finally lowered his hands and stood tall, a black "M" mark burned clearly upon his forehead. The Prince of Saiyans had fallen under the wizard's thrall.

To facilitate the carnage, Babidi warped the warriors back to the World Martial Arts Tournament arena. Their sudden appearance drew the eyes of the entire crowd, but this was no longer a friendly competition. Vegeta sneered at Son Goku, and with a casual flick of his wrist, he unleashed a Ki blast into the spectator stands. The explosion was devastating, claiming innocent lives in an instant. Panic erupted as the audience fled in terror.

"Kakarot, fight me," Vegeta demanded, his voice cold and devoid of remorse. "Unless you want these people to die again." To prove his point, he launched another volley of energy, slaughtering more civilians.

Across the dimensions, viewers were stunned into silence. The massacre happened so fast—it was inconceivable that a hero could fall so far in the blink of an eye.

Sengoku's voice broke the silence of the multiverse: "Vegeta has actually been compromised! This is a catastrophe; Goku and the others have gained an adversary they might not be able to overcome."

"Babidi only ensnares those with darkness in their hearts," the Supreme Kai explained solemnly. "Vegeta's buried malice was a beacon for that magic."

Uzumaki Naruto shook his head in disbelief. "I really thought that after seven years on Earth, Vegeta had changed for the better. I didn't think he was still a villain."

"Oh ho ho ho! Too naive! You are all far too naive," Frieza's mocking laughter echoed through the chat. "To think a Saiyan like Vegeta could truly turn toward the light? A leopard never changes its spots. There is only one freak among the Saiyans, and that is Son Goku."

"Frieza, you bastard!" Vegeta barked back from his own timeline. "Don't you dare give me an opening! You'd better pray you never change either!"

Frieza smirked. "Vegeta, you surely don't believe I would end up like you—playing house and helping Goku? I, Frieza, would sooner die than lift a finger to assist that Saiyan!"

The Galactic Emperor spoke with absolute conviction. The grudge between them was an open wound, and to Frieza, the idea of cooperation was an impossibility. Most viewers, knowing Frieza's cold-blooded history, agreed. He was a monster far more consistent than the Saiyan Prince.

However, in West City, Akira watched the screen with a knowing, tactical gaze. "Frieza, oh Frieza... you're talking a big game now," he murmured. "I wonder what that smug look will turn into when you see your own performance in the Tournament of Power." Akira knew the truth—that even the most stubborn villains eventually find themselves fighting for survival alongside their enemies. The irony was going to be delicious.

Kurosaki Ichigo chimed in, sounding stressed. "So Goku has to deal with Majin Buu, Babidi, AND a possessed Vegeta?"

"I see the logic now," Genos added, analyzing the flow of power. "Because Vegeta forced this confrontation, the massive amounts of Ki generated from their battle are being siphoned away to fuel Buu's resurrection."

Saitama summarized it simply: "So, basically, the grumpy guy is the reason the bubble-gum monster gets out, right?"

The realization hit the multiverse: Majin Buu's awakening was an indirect result of Vegeta's obsession.

"It all traces back to that game of rock-paper-scissors," Duanmu Yan remarked. "If Gohan hadn't been the third fighter, or if Dabura had faced someone else first, this might have been avoided."

"No," Zhang Chulan countered. "The moment Dabura sensed Vegeta's temperament, the outcome was set. The only winning move would have been for Goku to take Dabura out immediately while Vegeta handled the lesser minions like Pui Pui or Yakon."

But the "ideal" scenario was gone. Back in the video, Vegeta continued his cold-blooded provocation, killing more spectators to force Goku's hand. Goku, sensing the deeper shift in his rival, finally ignited his golden aura, transforming into a Super Saiyan.

"You let him in, didn't you?" Goku asked, his voice steady. He realized Vegeta had succumbed to the spell intentionally just to bridge the power gap and force this duel.

Vegeta didn't deny it. He screamed his frustrations at the Supreme Kai, who had called his actions foolish. "Foolish? You think my pride is foolish? This is my everything! My only goal is to settle the score with Kakarot! He only has one day in this world, and I've waited years for this moment. Then you show up with your gods and your Majin Buu, getting in the way!"

Vegeta's voice trembled with a mix of rage and desperation. "Only this way—by embracing Babidi's brand—can I force Kakarot to finally face me!"

Feeling the sheer weight of Vegeta's resolve, Goku knew the fated showdown was unavoidable. He steeled his heart and agreed to the fight, but on one condition: Babidi had to transport them to a wasteland where no more innocents would die.
