**Day 42 Morning Downstream Village Dungeon**
Finally reached the 12th floor. But the harvest is decent, while training is completely useless.
As expected in a new, shallow dungeon, monsters are few and weak. Naturally, magic stones are lame too.
Treasure chests are the saving grace, but no rare gear worth equipping appears. The great labyrinth was truly special—worthy of its ex-Dungeon Emperor being a peerless beauty. Well, she was a skeleton though?
More accurately, the Dungeon Emperor herself was the greatest treasure. Worth thanking the otherworld transfer for. Yeah, I thank her thoroughly every night!
But it's boring? Monsters aren't even a match for Armor Committee Chair, so none come my way. Objectively speaking from a third-person view… I'm her attendant! Wait, I'm totally mob-tier now! Wouldn't be shocked if my title added "kept man"! Well, I'd be mad if it did? I'd get angry… because I'm already "loner," "NEET," and "hikikomori"?
Still bored—the real issue is almost no monsters exist. Dungeon monsters face extinction; everyone's turned to magic stones. Cause of death: couldn't swim? Or couldn't withstand water pressure…? Hmm?
"Something's on 13F below—can you tell what? Few in number, but moving around? Kinda?"
"De, but, mon, kama."
Demon kama apparently? Yeah, peerless beauty with a cute lisp. That tongue… *ahem, ahem!*
Glared at! Uh, kama? Demon's pot, demon's kiln, demon's comrade? What demon? If it's demon's cross-dresser, I'm out. Absolutely!
Gesturing like swinging something? Mime? Swinging kama… mantis? Below is "Demon Mantis"?
Thought seeing would clarify, but correct answer: demon's scythe. "Demon Scythe Lv13." Assumed demon ally, but it's scythe-san.
Flying death scythes, actually. Scythe demons—spear-scythe fused, eerie look. Nice chuuni aesthetic design?
Three pairs of giant scythes spin toward us while flying. Aerial maneuvers—very chuuni and cool. If mid-second-year syndrome kids were here, they'd swarm, fight over the scythes in a popularity explosion!
"Um… 'Enslave'?"
(*ding ding ding*)
It worked? Recalled and used 'Demon Ring: [Enslave Demons (3 units)]' toward the flying "Demon Scythes"—they dropped and stopped moving? Command wait state?
"Um? Fly?"
Whoa, they flew! Three floating in air. Yeah, chuuni as hell.
(…)
They circle me on imagined paths. Move on thought alone—usable! But Lv13, need training to strengthen.
Fine, use while figuring out. Levels will rise eventually. Shame only three—could've hunted otaku heads with four.
Yeah, spinning scythes endlessly for fun—responsive and convenient. Thanks to "Deep Thought Lv3," controlling three separately is easy, no brain tangle. Usable—actually cool! But villainous vibe? Black hooded cloak too? Add "Spike Mail" in a dungeon—adventurers would attack!
But what's the difference between 'Demon Ring' enslave and my 'Enslave'? Mine probably lacks compulsion, while ring is forceful. Forced clingy enslaved bitches—what even are they?
Come to think, no proper mirror here since arriving, so didn't notice—my eye color changes sometimes? Turns gold apparently. Gold-contact-wearing black-clad high school boy swinging death scythes sounds mega painful. Definitely painful. Maybe good no mirror!?
Now I can finally mow grass around the cave. Auto-control, auto-rotate spinning scythes—garden possible! Next, forest logging request. Good find—worth coming… potatoes and lawnmower?
Spinning scythes for play while descending—tight spots seemed inconvenient for Demon Scythes, but they fold into spear mode. One-edged spear handle—charge attacks viable. Exciting.
Set flag, but no monsters! 15F hidden room: monster already magic stone, chest 'Counter Shield: [Reflects magic/impact on set damage] DeF 20% Up'. Sell to classmates—good performance, prioritize them. Too OP doesn't sell high. Previous 'Blade Shield' sparked bidding wars—some girls will want it. Auction again?
Deeper to 15F, magic stones slightly better, but still few. Dungeon hadn't matured yet. Lame?
"Um, end here? Probably? Kinda?"
(*nod nod*)
Only 17 floors—my preferred depth won't appear. Even 100 floors didn't have it… probably none?
17F underground was Dungeon King's home apparently—one large magic stone alone. Armor fell too—king's gear. Armored Dungeon King… but would living armor or skeleton knight drown? What job was this king!? No other belongings—can't deduce. Culprit unknown too!
Ah, back passage… hidden room found! Spatial grasp detected—maybe most useful dungeon skill, but absorbed into "Rashin Eye" somehow, still works but skill gone. Short spotlight despite constant use, Spatial Grasp-san.
"This way, hidden passage? Hidden room? Which? Kinda?"
Looks like rock, but push opens path. Slight buildup excitement, but after all this, expecting loses.
Dead-end chest—hidden room good. But unlocked again—what was 'Magic Key' for? Become thief? Unemployed 16-year-old (male) cave address… yeah, suspicious?
Inside: 'Dungeon King's Ring: [Dungeon Creation, Dungeon Domination]'… whaaat—!?
Dungeon King, why not equipped? Why stored!? Gotta wear it properly—you're king. Maybe hated the job? Black company for sure—duties brutal. Even superior Dungeon Emperor quit?
Wearing this—become subordinate to new Dungeon Emperor? Has new one taken office? Yeah, equip risks hierarchy issues.
But dungeon creation—new builds possible, not just floors. Keep for now.
Armor: 'Armored Plate DeF Boost (Large) Magic Resist (Medium) Auto-Heal'. Bulky. Good effects, Armor Committee Chair doesn't want—auction on return.
Time to head back. Nothing left, sopping dungeon but no lotion drops— no rest needed here. Yeah, no break—tch?
On way back, told villager dungeon died, monsters gone—he freaked out happily, called village chief. Yeah, called, but chief was also old man—no need!
Repeated bows, then massive veggies loaded on us. Chief said years-ago flood collapsed walls/buildings—left defenseless against monsters. Fence was sparse construction start. Yeah, monsters scary here—not like club-armed murder town.
Whole village gave veggies/fruits. Small village—wall not too long. Today did literally nothing—mana full. Yeah, seriously nothing! For real!
Hands to ground, pour mana in rush. Precise range set, image does rest—thickness/height within mana limit enough.
"Come forth, wall? Kinda? No moat needed, right? Traps dangerous for villagers, kinda?"
About 2m high, decent thickness—goblin leader can't break. Kobolds/wolves might jump, but too high gets brittle… dig perimeter a bit. Yeah, good?
"Got tons free veggies—bad to take more, so just little wall? Enclosed? Kinda?"
""""…Eh!?""""
Somehow more veggies. Without item bag, couldn't carry.
They're happy? Chief tearing up—overdramatic? No earth mage in village? Useful + veggies = huge win. More profit than dungeon? Tourism must be important. Hot pot tonight… but can earth magic make donabe pot?
