A dragon.
Its massive body sprawled across his back, its head rising up along his neck, inked with such precision it looked almost alive.
She didn't move. Couldn't.
His muscles shifted beneath her stare, tightening subtly before he turned slowly, deliberately to face her.
Her breath caught.
Those wide, ocean-blue eyes of hers drank him in without restraint. They lingered on the hard expanse of his chest, tracing the defined ridges of muscle, then dipped lower to the sharp lines of his perfectly sculpted abs.
