Chapter 8 - The Haunted Chapel

Scene 1 - Trapped
The group realizes the chapel doors won't open. Even Eunwoo's silver aura burns against the wood, but door won't break.
Lisa (Panicked) :
"we can't get out... She locked us in"
Su jin Pale and weak leans against Mia.
Su jin (Weakly) :
"she wants me to stay....here to finish this."
Scene 2 - Ghostly Choir
Suddenly the chapels broken organ begins to play by itself. A choir of ghostly voices fills the room, singing in a language no one can understand.
Candles light one by one, casting eerie shadow across the wall.
Suho grips a broken pew leg like a weapon.
Suho :
"If anything moves, I'll smash it."
But when the Shadows lengthen into human figures,even he freezes.
Scene 3 - Confronting Minho :
Lisa turns on Minho, Furious.
Lisa (Shouting) :
"You nearly got her killed, how could you trust that witch?"
Minho (Broken, Sobbing) :
"I just wanted to protect all of you....She said if i gave her Su jin, she'd spare everyone else."
Su jin (Gentle but firm) :
"I don't need you to protect me like this, I want you beside me.... fighting."
Minho drops to his knees,guilt crushing him.
Scene 4 - The Ghost Attack :
The shadowy figures step out of the walls – ghosts of past victim of the curse, their faces are hollow their hands are twisted.
They circle the group.
Mia (Terrified) :
"They're souls trapped by the Witch, She feeds on them.
One ghost lunges at Lisa, Minho shoves her aside, wrestling it, but more swarm.
Eunwoo raises his hand chanting an interaction. Silver fire bursts from the ground, holding the ghosts back for a moment.
Scene 5 - Su Jin's Vision :
The mark on Su jin's wrist glows, pulling her into a vision. She sees a Witch when she was alive : A women burned by the townspeople, betrayed by the man she loved.
The Witch (in the vision screaming) :
"They choose me, then condemned me! I curse this town, i curse every child born here!"
Su jin gasps, yanked back to reality.
Su jin (Panting) :
"She...She wasn't just a monster. She was wronged.
The group stares at her, For the first time Su jin feels pity on the Witch.
Scene 6 - Escape
Su jin presses her glowing hand to the chapel altar. The ghost shriek, dissolving into Mist. The chapels walls tremble.
The heavy door bursts open with a blast of light, freeing them. The group stumbles out into the night air, gasping.
Ending Scene - The Witch's Warning
As they run from the chapel the Witch's voice echoes behind them.
Witch (mocking) :
"You saw my pain, child. Soon you will understand me. Soon, you will be me."
Su jin stops, clutching her chest as if her heartbeat isn't her own.
Chapter 8 - Ended
