"Wait, what are you doing?" Arabelle feels confused when the town guards are suddenly arresting her.
"Let her go and stop harassing her!" Armand shouted but also ended up being held by the guards.
"She was reported as a witch so she will be put on trial." One of the guards informed them as they tried to struggle.
"Don't talk to them and don't admit anything." Armand told her with a worried look on his face.
Arabelle's eyes widened since she realized that they were in a time when witches were burned. Panic washed over her since she can be considered a witch. She was able to cast some spells before. Although they don't have to know about that. She can just try to cooperate for now until she can think of something. Armand can't do anything if he gets arrested as well. She needs to put on a show for now. Maybe Ralph will show up somehow.
