One of the main reasons that the Valley of the Forgotten was avoided by literally the whole world was the creatures within. The creatures had adapted to the fog, and it was difficult to fight them.
"Normally bullets miss their target because of the loss of direction, but this..." Gregory couldn't help but look out of the window with awe.
There were creatures which stood on their hind legs. Their backs were hunched, which carried short black spikes.
"Ugh... Such ugly things." Harley's brows creased as he looked at the creatures' faces, which resembled that of humans. Their jaws were longer, with teeth that bit off bark from trees like paper.
Despite the horrifying creatures approaching, the caravan seemed to be stable, as the soldiers took out every single one of them easily with their guns.
"Now that I'm here, I'm beginning to wonder who wrote that report in the scroll..." Gregory couldn't help but sit comfortably with a frown.
