"Before you go any further, I need an answer from all three of us. What are we doing about contraception, and when was everyone last screened?"
Katherine glanced over her shoulder without releasing Martin. "I have an implant, my last screening was clear, and I haven't been with anyone since. I should have said that before I climbed on top of him."
Martin nodded. "My screening was clear too, and there hasn't been anyone since."
"Mine was also clear, and there has been no one since. I use reliable contraception." Cassandra's cheeks were flushed, but her tone carried the practical confidence Martin knew well. "I realize this is not the most seductive interruption. I would rather ask now than regret staying quiet tomorrow."
Katherine's teasing smile softened. "You were right to ask." She gave Martin one last slow squeeze before facing him again. "Now, unless Cassandra has another form for us to complete, I'd like to continue."
