Tovan had set his recovery contract beside the preserved bond record when Martin arrived the next morning. An untouched cup stood between them. He moved it aside to compare Veylan Croft's name in both documents.
"Where do I challenge the consent record itself?" he asked.
Rias answered through the communication window above the table. "The bond registry. The compliance office has sent a referral for you to review."
Martin sat opposite him, keeping his supported left arm against his chest. Katherine remained near the door while the academy clerk connected the contractor-compliance officer.
The officer opened the referral beside Tovan's existing dispute.
