The room held its breath.
No one moved.
No one spoke.
The nurse stood still, the folder in her hands now open. Her eyes shifted—from Vivian… to Cynthia… to Jackson… to Mr. and Mrs. Ravenscroft… and finally back to Sebastian.
"Mr. Sebastian Ravenscroft," she said carefully, "and Miss Cynthia… here is the test result."
She handed the document to Sebastian.

Sebastian didn't answer immediately. His eyes moved across the page. Line after line. Numbers. Medical terms. Cold facts.
Then the nurse spoke again.
"The result shows… she is pregnant."

"Four months pregnant."
Another pause.
"With a baby boy."
Silence crashed into the room.
