Silence fell between the two.
Jake stared at Samu'dra for a moment before shaking his head with a helpless smile.
"You're really not much of a talker, are you?"
Samu'dra simply stared back at him.
Jake chuckled and continued.
"Well, from now on, we're family. So let's just get along, alright?"
Samu'dra's eyes flickered slightly at his words.
"Family…"
Then her huge tail moved slightly, gently tapping the ground.
Jake's smile broadened.
"Yeah. Family. Oh, and that woman over there, her name is Aria, and she's part of the family too."
Samu'dra glanced at Aria and softly nodded.
But then, Jake's gaze shifted toward the two swords lying nearby.
The moment he saw them, his eyes lit up with interest.
After all, these two Enchanted Artifacts had caused him quite a bit of trouble.
He walked closer to the weapons before looking back at Samu'dra.
"Can I take a look?"
Samu'dra followed his gaze toward the two swords.
For a moment, she remained silent.
