Chapter 7 - Drop off

it's been a week and there's been a nonstop party on the ship as they drop off people to their home islands at this current moment, Jason has his arm in a slung with a complete cast over it as boa feeds him. " You know, I can feed myself right?"

Boa ignored his protest, gently pushing another spoonful of stew into his mouth. Her sisters lounged around the cabin, laughing and chatting with freed slaves who had become temporary crew members. Fisher Tiger's booming voice echoed through the ship as he joked with his men.

A fisherman approached with two flyers. " Fisher tiger, Jason your bounties just came in." He said

Fisher Tiger grabbed the flyers, unfolding them with a grin. His expression sobered as he read the details aloud: "Fisher Tiger - 80 million berries. Jason - 100 million berries." The room fell silent.

"I mean, can you create a tornado with a punch?"

Fisher Tiger laughed heartily, "Fair point!" He slapped Jason on the back gently, avoiding his injured arm. "That punch of yours sure did make an impression." Boa finally pulled the spoon out of Jason's mouth, her golden eyes wide with a mix of pride and concern. "100 million..."

"Relax the only reason my arm broke is because my body is not used to using that power yet I can only use 45% of it but once I continue training, I should be able to get it up to 50 and eventually 100 so I can be throwing punches like that one whenever I want."

Boa listened intently, her worry easing slightly. She understood that Jason's power was immense but still untapped. Fisher Tiger nodded thoughtfully, "You're gonna be unstoppable then, kid." The other fishmen and freed slaves murmured in agreement, impressed by Jason's potential.

A few days later, everyone else have been dropped off so it's time to drop off boa And her sister.

The ship approached the shores of Boa's island, a lush paradise with crystal-clear waters. Boa stood at the railing, her sisters beside her. She turned to Jason, her golden eyes filled with emotion. "Jason..." she began softly. Fisher Tiger stepped forward,

"Yes.""You saved us," Boa continued, her voice barely above a whisper. "You gave us our freedom." Her sisters nodded earnestly, smiling at Jason with gratitude and something more—admiration mixed with affection. Fisher Tiger stood by the Mast of the ship, just watching.

"I'll be sure to remember that."

Boa smiled warmly, her touch lingering on Jason's arm for a moment before she pulled back. She turned to her sisters, and together, they began to climb down into the waiting canoe that would take them to shore. As they paddled away, they waved enthusiastically at Jason.

"You can drop me off in the East blue at Sorbet island."

Fisher Tiger nodded, adjusting the ship's course towards the East Blue. "Sorbet Island, huh? That's quite a ways from Fishman Island." He looked back at Jason thoughtfully. "You planning on training there or something?"

"There's someone there I need to meet."

Fisher Tiger raised an eyebrow but didn't press further. "Alright then," he said gruffly. "We'll drop you off at Sorbet Island." The ship sailed smoothly through the waters of the East Blue, the crew busy with their tasks as they approached their destination.

"It took at least a month to get there thankfully, his arm had partly healed so it doesn't need a cast anymore."

As the ship approached Sorbet Island, Jason stretched his arm, the bruising finally faded and the cast removed. He felt much better—stronger, even. Fisher Tiger spotted the island on the horizon, a quaint little place with small towns and peaceful harbors. "Sorbet Island," he confirmed, bringing the ship closer to the docks.

"See you around Tiger." He said, jumping off the ship.

Fisher Tiger chuckled, waving his hand in farewell. "See you around, kid!" He called out as Jason landed gracefully on the dock. The ship began to turn around, heading back towards Fishman Island and its waters. Jason stood alone on the dock, his eyes scanning the island.

He started searching for mohawk Hoping he was still there as Jason walked through the bustling market streets of Sorbet Island, he kept an eye out for any familiar faces. He passed by various shops and stalls, the locals going about their daily lives. After a while, he heard a boisterous laugh that seemed vaguely familiar.

Jason's eyes widened as he finally spotted Mohawk—Dracule Mihawk, the legendary Hawk-Eyes. He was leaning casually against a wall, his sharp red eyes scanning the surroundings with an intense gaze. A black blade was sheathed at his side—the infamous Yoru. "Well, well..."

Mihawk's gaze snapped to Jason, his piercing red eyes locking onto him. A small smirk tugged at the corner of his lips as he recognized the boy he had once trained. "Jason," he acknowledged simply, pushing himself off the wall with an effortless grace.

"Hello Mr. hawk I am here because I would like you to train me in haki."

"Hmm," Mihawk hummed thoughtfully, his eyes narrowing slightly as he studied Jason. "You want me to teach you Haki?" He asked, his tone casual but with an undercurrent of amusement. "You do realize that learning Haki from me means pushing yourself to your limits every single day?"

"I wouldn't expect anything less."

Mihawk chuckled darkly, the sound low and menacing. "Good answer." He pushed off the wall completely, standing tall and imposing. His golden earrings caught the light as he crossed his arms. "Three types of Haki—Armament, Observation, and Conqueror's. I can teach you the first two. The third..." He paused, his piercing red eyes locking onto Jason.

"It's something I have to be born with I know, but that's not a stop me."

"Exactly," Mihawk murmured approvingly. "Most people give up before they even start when it comes to Conqueror's Haki." He uncrossed his arms and extended a hand towards Jason. "Alright then, boy. Training starts now." His expression turned serious, almost cruel.
