Tony Stark had a line of communication with Kamar-Taj.
To facilitate cooperation, the Sorcerers of Kamar-Taj had specifically set up a dedicated hotline for Tony Stark.
Even while in New York City, Tony Stark could contact Kamar-Taj directly.
After realizing that everything he was doing on the computer was completely useless against Ultron, he did not hesitate for even a moment.
He dialed Kamar-Taj immediately.
"Hello, Mr. Stark. What seems to be the matter?"
The one who answered was Baron Mordo.
As Kamar-Taj's chief administrator, he was responsible for handling outside contacts.
Naturally, Tony Stark was also one of the people he dealt with.
"Master Mordo, I'm afraid we need a little help."
Tony Stark showed no embarrassment at all as he spoke bluntly.
"Mr. Stark, go ahead."
"Our cooperation may be limited, but protecting Earth is also our responsibility."
Baron Mordo said this calmly.
Tony Stark lived in New York City.
If anything happened, the New York Sanctum would inevitably be affected as well.
Naturally, they had to help.
Hearing that, Tony Stark was overjoyed.

But they could absolutely suppress Hulk and Captain America.

A powerful being capable of suppressing that trio all by himself?
That was definitely not something ordinary Sorcerers like them could deal with.
Only the Sorcerer Supreme could handle it.
After steadying himself, Baron Mordo relayed that information to Tony Stark, then hung up.
He immediately turned and went to Karl.
After hearing the whole matter from Baron Mordo, Karl was stunned.
What was going on?
Ultron was suppressing the Avengers' three-man powerhouse lineup?
Was this some kind of joke?
In Avengers: Age of Ultron, the reason Ultron was able to cause such chaos was because he was an artificial intelligence.
He could freely transfer himself through the network and rely on computing power to sustain his existence.
At the same time, with his powerful capabilities, he had directly created an army of armored bodies, which was what made things so difficult for the Avengers.
But in terms of his own combat power, even after creating a body for himself, he still should not have been a match for the Avengers.
And now?
Ultron was beating down the Avengers' three main combatants?
Had those three gotten drunk or something?
"This shouldn't be happening. The Avengers may be a little weak, but they're not so weak that some artificial intelligence should be able to bully them."
Karl was deeply puzzled.
Thor's combat power in his later period might still have been somewhat below Odin's, but he had absolutely already stepped into the Skyfather level.
With Stormbreaker, he had even overpowered Thanos in a clash despite Thanos wielding the power of five Infinity Stones.

But with the Infinity Stones involved, Karl could not let down his guard.
After all, those were said to be fragments of the Nemesis.
"Master Mordo, I have a bad feeling about this."
"You'd better be careful. Once I leave, activate the Spell Arrays at any time, along with the Godmother God-Demon Light."
"That way, no one will be able to infiltrate Kamar-Taj without a sound."
Karl said seriously.
That artifact had originally been used to detect Dormammu's Dark Power.
Now it had become part of Kamar-Taj's defenses.
As long as they were not carrying the corresponding small artifact, anyone who entered Kamar-Taj would be detected.
Baron Mordo nodded.
Karl said nothing more.
A flash of golden light.
In the next instant, he appeared directly above Stark Tower in New York City.
Only—
By the time he arrived, Stark Tower was no longer what it had been.
Or rather, all that remained was a stretch of ruins.
That hundred-plus-story building had already collapsed into wreckage.
Smoke, fire, and the constant sound of explosions rose without end, making it obvious just how many questionable things Stark Tower had contained.
But the most eye-catching sight of all was still the towering mechanical monster over five meters tall that was currently pressing the four Avengers into a corner.
At a glance, Karl could tell that the monster—Ultron—seemed to possess some kind of energy-absorption method.
Whether it was Thor's immensely powerful lightning or the repulsor blasts from Tony Stark's armor, not only were they ineffective—
they actually made Ultron even more vigorous.
Having lost their strongest offensive methods, naturally they had no way to deal with him.
Not to mention that he could also manipulate metal to repair the damage to his body.
"Looks like you've run into a bit of trouble."
With a single step, Karl appeared beside them and spoke.
"Master Karl."
Several members of the Avengers called out at once.
Ultron, however, was greatly alarmed.
Before he even had time to speak, Karl merely moved a thought.
Ultron instantly felt his mechanical body lock in place, completely unable to move.
Then—
as if Thanos had used the Infinity Stones to erase all life—
Ultron began turning to ash inch by inch, from his chest upward to his head.

Ultron did not even manage to finish his sentence before he scattered away on the wind.
Ultron—
was killed instantly.
In that instant, several members of the Avengers were completely dumbfounded.
A chill ran up their spines.
Karl's strength had become even more unfathomable than before.
They could not even tell what kind of method that had been.
