Chapter 211 - Chapter 211: Earth’s Seal!

Karl's strength—

At the single-universe level, he truly stood above everyone present.

Most single-universe-level beings could, at most, grasp a single law.

But Karl?

Even if one looked only at the number of laws he had comprehended, he was already equivalent to more than a dozen powerful beings.

Not to mention—

Because of Karl's talent, his understanding of those laws was far deeper than that of others.

On top of that, when two different laws were used together, their power was naturally incomparable to before.

Take Karl, for example.

The domain he had created through the Laws of Time and Space—

Even an experienced god like Chthon could not break free from it.

That alone showed just how powerful his laws were.

Krakkan and Balthakk were both powerful demons. They had once been multiverse-level existences.

However—

They had first been grievously injured by God-Eater Atum, and then they had been beaten down by Karl.

Now, naturally, they had no ability to resist at all.

Before Karl's Space-Time Labyrinth Domain, they had no power to fight back.

They could only enter a state similar to suspended animation, then quietly wait to slowly revive.

Unfortunately—

Karl really did not have any especially good way to deal with this response.

Because the egg-like things they had formed were truly hard.

Pfft!

Karl's powerful Bolts of Balthakk struck the transparent demon egg in front of him and were silently annihilated.

The eggshell, several meters wide, was incomparably smooth and gave off a faint flame-like glow. It looked as though it had been carved out of some kind of jade.

"As expected of a method left behind by multiverse-level existences."

"It really is terrifying. With my current power, I still can't destroy it."

Karl sighed slightly.

The gap between the multiverse level and the single-universe level was simply worlds apart.

This thing was already near death and completely at his mercy, yet he still could not destroy it immediately.

That truly made Karl sigh with emotion.

"However, that doesn't mean there's no way at all."

Karl rubbed his chin.

With his own power, he truly had no way to deal with these two things.

But what if he borrowed the power of a spell array?

Perhaps he could safely grind these two fellows into nothing.

For example—

On Earth, there was the guardian spell array left behind by Agamotto.

This spell array covered the entire Earth and had always protected the planet.

In fact, after the Middle Ages, it was precisely because the Sorcerer Supreme restarted this spell array that humanity began to break away from ignorance and enter the modern era.

In a certain sense—

This was Earth's cradle.

However—

This powerful spell array was not running at full power at every moment.

It consumed the power of Earth's magical source.

Most of the time, it needed to maintain the balance between Earth's consumption and the growth of its magical power.

Ordinary humans could not see this great spell array at all.

Most people did not even know such a thing existed.

Karl had learned from the tomes left behind by the Ancient One that this spell array's function was not limited to this alone.

It could also grind down certain powerful things and add them to Earth's foundation.

Whether it was all kinds of rare mystical materials or powerful beings, all of them could be decomposed, absorbed, and turned into part of Earth's foundation.

If the one destroyed was a powerful being from beyond the universe—

It could even affect the entire universe.

After all, Earth's energy was constantly exchanging with the universe at every moment.

Karl guessed that the reason the array had been designed this way—

Was probably because powerful beings like Agamotto could casually throw things into it and strengthen Earth.

And now—

It had become Karl's most effective method for dealing with the two multiverse-level existences before him.

"You really thought that just because you're playing dead, I wouldn't have a way to deal with you?"

"Even if I have to grind you down slowly, I'll kill you both."

Karl sneered.

If these two fellows were ground away—

Perhaps the energy level of their entire universe could rise by a whole tier.

If enough beings were fed into it, perhaps one day, their universe might even become comparable to the Main Universe.

"It's just a little unfortunate."

"Mephisto actually ran away."

"That guy is ruthless too. No wonder he would have a son."

Karl shook his head.

The father and son schemed against each other all day long, fighting each other to the death.

Blackheart spent every day wishing he could kill Mephisto and take his place.

Karl had always been very curious.

Why had Mephisto not killed that treacherous son of his?

Clearly, for Mephisto, it would not be very difficult.

Now, he completely understood.

It was because Mephisto always needed to use his own son as a scapegoat.

That bloodline substitution method—

Even Karl's space could not block it. That showed just how heaven-defying it truly was.

"There will always be another chance next time."

"As long as he's still in this universe, he won't be able to completely wipe out my subordinates."

The corners of Karl's mouth rose slightly.

Spatial fluctuations flickered in his hand.

The two crystalline giant eggs in front of him were directly stored away.

Karl looked around, then could not help sighing.

Hell had already been destroyed.

For the next few hundred million years, aside from certain evil spirits, this place would probably not give birth to anything else.

The powerful Netherworld aura summoned by Chthon had directly destroyed this Dimensional Realm.

Kamar-Taj had probably lost this resource point.

Karl shook his head with regret.

His figure flashed and disappeared from Hell.

All that remained around him—

Was the thick, drifting green evil aura, along with all kinds of terrifying marks left behind by their battle.

Mountains had been destroyed. The earth had split apart. Plains had turned into seas.

A battle between single-universe-level beings had nearly destroyed this world.

Even without the aura from the One Below All and the deepest layer of Hell, this Hell surrounding Earth would still need hundreds of millions of years to recover.

After leaving Hell—

Karl returned to Earth.

The first thing he did was not go to see Baron Mordo and the others.

Instead, he went to Kamar-Taj's Central Sanctum.

Inside this ancient building, Karl chanted a magic incantation.

The ancient structures around him began to stir.

Faint golden energy slowly started to activate.

Because this place had not been started up for far too long—

The spell array's golden light was unable to circulate smoothly on its own at first.

Fortunately, this was a creation of an existence like Agamotto.

Time had not caused much damage to it.

A few seconds later—

The spell array started.

Golden lines began to spread through the surrounding void.

Karl was instantly transferred into a certain space within the spell array.

In front of him was an Earth woven out of golden light.

On it—

All kinds of magical circuits constantly flowed.

Karl knew—

Those were the various magical ley currents on Earth. They contained Earth's terrifying magical energy.

Karl smiled brilliantly.

With a wave of his hand—

Two enormous demon eggs appeared in front of him.
