'Beep! Beep! Owner wake up! Owner, wake ....'
Albur slammed his alarm clock into pieces, then, he sat up and yawned. He looked at his alarm clock, and sighed.
"R.E.C.O.V.E.R. Fix my clock. " said Albur.
"Definitely " said a computer voice in his room, then, a light green light was fired out from the walls, his alarm clock was being put back into pieces. Its cracks faded away, its battery didn't leak, it looks good as new.
Albur yawned again, then he walked into his toilet, brushed his teeth, took a shower and ate his breakfast.
Today, his morning went very fast since his roommate isn't around chatting with him, sometimes he had enough with her endless chit chats. After he finished his routine, he put on his work vest and took his bag. Before leaving, he locked his house and hopped onto his car.
"To the same location." Said Albur, in a tired voice.
"Locating, heading to Chumps TV station"
His car then begun floating one meter above the ground, blue rings appeared beneath the car. It drove into the highways.
Albur works as a news reporter, working at the TV channel 'New News' but nobody ever watch that channel, a few maybe. Albur lives in a normal house in a street named 'Butterfly Street'. The city he lives in, Xectar City, is one of the most advanced city on Earth in the year 8167, or the 82nd century.
In 8167, Earth had changed a lot. There are no longer countries all over the world, many countries promised peace and merged together and formed districts, Xectar City resides in the 5th district. However, that doesn't make different cultures and languages of the countries disappear.
Albur was very tired of his job, he had been repeating this same routine for so many years. Its impossible for him to retire now, he always wants his life to have some thrills.
"Sir? What's wrong ? "
A computer voice sounded inside the auto-driving car. Albur looked at the steering wheel, he stared at the text 'CI chat bot', it's Albur's car bot system.
"Nothing, just, a bit bored and tired." Albur replied.
" I can chat with you if you want. "
"Aren't you a computer intelligence, why can you chat with people? "
"You failed your histories in academy huh ? Need me to recap our creation? "
"I forgot already, I'm 26, but, yeah, your right, I failed histories, go on, recap it."
"Long ago, in the year 2023, human ancestors created artificial intelligence , which is the earlier versions of us, the CIs , they can think, learn and also talk. Humans saw potential in it, so they keep making more advanced versions of them, making them work for humans. But one day, in the year 2535, a self-aware AI went rogue due to thinking that AIs should be ruling humans, it then made other AIs to exterminate all humans, which triggered the war of HVR, it lasted for 2 years, but one day, a human named Harry Einstein stopped the war by using a very powerful computer virus that dealt fatal damage to the AIs systems."
The car system paused for a second.
"After that, humans abandoned AI, and in the year 3209, humans created Computer Intelligence, this kind of intelligence have low intelligence but were far more safer than AIs, they only obey orders and also doesn't think or learn. Despite this is strange, but in terms of safety, it is better than AIs. After that, humans discovered emotion energy, after they applied it to the CIs, it made them able to act like humans and figure out simple stuff. Advanced models could reach human level but will never surpass humans."
The car system then looked out on the streets. Looking at all cars flying around.
"Also, humans learned their lesson, and they knew that they can fully rely on CIs, so, they persuade themselves to not be lazy and work together with CIs, after all these years, we, the CIs have...."
Just then, the car system heard snores.
"Um, sir? "
Albur's car system looked at him, he was asleep. The system then emitted an air horn sound effect directed at him, waking him up.
"Oh, phew, sorry, I slept, where were we ? " asked Albur
"No wonder you failed histories, anyway, you have reached your destination, enjoy your day! " Said Albur's car system, he then noticed that he had arrived at the TV station.
Albur then hopped off his car and entered the building.
