"Your Excellency Silver Moon, what is the meaning of this?" Arthur did not show the slightest hint of panic; instead, he was unusually calm and composed.
This reaction surprised Cai Yueer somewhat; she hadn't expected him to remain so steady when facing her directly.
A cold light suddenly flashed in her eyes as powerful Soul Power, carrying the pressure of a Douluo, spread out. The surrounding air grew so cold it seemed brittle. "What meaning? A Spirit Elder being able to leapfrog levels to kill a Battle Armor Master is simply impossible!"
Even Yun Ming couldn't have done that back then.
"There must be some trickery involved. You've conspired to destroy Shrek's glory!"
"If you don't speak the truth today, this place shall be your prison."
"You mean 'us'?" Arthur clicked his tongue in wonder. "So Senior knows I have some background, yet you still dare to make a move like this?"
"Just Agravaine." Cai Yueer said disdainfully, "What can he possibly do to me?"
"Old man, did you hear that? You're being looked down upon." Hearing this, Arthur couldn't help but laugh out loud as he looked behind Cai Yueer.
"Playing tricks." Cai Yueer took this as Arthur's final struggle; she hadn't sensed anyone behind her. Agravaine couldn't possibly get close to her without being detected.
Before her voice could fade, a heavy pressure suddenly descended like an invisible mountain.
"Who?!" Cai Yueer's face paled in shock; what she was doing was supposed to be hidden from the public eye.
"Right behind you."
A voice laced with anger rang out. Cai Yueer spun around abruptly to find that four large men had appeared there at some unknown point.
"How is this possible?!" She cried out in shock upon seeing who they were.
Setting Agravaine aside for a moment...
How could Zhen Hua and Mu Chen have evaded her senses?
Finally, she locked her gaze onto Mu Ye.
Was it because of him?
Agravaine shook his head in disappointment. "It seems the rumors within the Federation are true; you really are a fool. You actually dared to make a move."
Because she was backed by Shrek and possessed decent strength herself, Cai Yueer truly did as she pleased within the Federation, being notoriously willful.
In an instant, Agravaine's three-word battle armor donned his body. "Don't even think about leaving today. This place shall be your prison."
Cai Yueer's whole body trembled. Watching the radiance of the three-word battle armor blooming around Agravaine and the shadow of a Dragon Sparrow emerging, her pupils constricted like needles.
Agravaine was going to get serious?!
She also instantly donned her three-word battle armor, the brilliance of moonlight flickering. Her expression became more solemn than ever before.
Agravaine was one thing, but her main concern was the unfathomable Mu Ye.
"Agravaine! You dare touch me? Shrek will never let this go!"
"Don't make me laugh. Can you even represent Shrek?" Agravaine sneered, his purple-gold Soul Power crushing forward like a physical substance. "You took action against a junior in private; did you think Shrek could help you suppress this? Today, I shall discipline you on Yun Ming's behalf!"
"Don't mention Yun Ming!" Cai Yueer also grew angry.
The two collided instantly.
The purple-gold Dragon Sparrow phantom and the silver moonlight brilliance crashed together violently. The deafening roar shook the soul guidance station until it seemed on the verge of collapse, and an invisible shockwave of Soul Power radiated outward from the two.
Arthur felt the state of being isolated from the World dissipate.
The six of them reappeared inside the soul guidance station, visible to others once again.
Agravaine and Cai Yueer fought their way high into the sky.
His three-word battle armor, 'Dragon Sparrow Heaven,' glowed with a fierce golden light. The Dragon Sparrow's wings unfurled, its phantom expanding continuously until it looked like a great sun hanging in the sky.
Cai Yueer's 'Silver Moon Underworld' battle armor flowed with lunar brilliance. The silver moon phantom behind her surged to thousands of meters in height, as if a full moon had risen over Skysea City.
The vault of Skysea City was instantly split in two.
On one side, the golden Dragon Sparrow burned the heavens, its golden flames causing the clouds to churn and tumble, every flap of its wings scattering radiance.
On the other side, the silver moon hung in the sky, its clear light as cold as ten-thousand-year-old ice, coating the entire urban area in a layer of ghastly white.
Everyone in Skysea City was already in an uproar.
In the originally bustling soul guidance station plaza, people screamed and fled in all directions. Someone's backpack fell to the ground, scattering its contents everywhere.
On the distant streets, shop signs were blown away by the shockwaves. Hovering soul guidance cars performed emergency stops, and cries of alarm rose one after another from their speakers.
"What's that? It's so pretty!" A child pointed at the phenomenon high in the sky, tugging at their parent's sleeve.
The parent hurriedly pulled the child into their arms.
In the sky, half was filled with golden flames burning the heavens, and the other half had a silver moon hanging overhead. The extreme collision of energy caused the clouds to churn violently, looking like the end of the World.
"It's Three-Word Battle Armor Masters! And two Titled Douluo at that!"
An elderly Soul Master cried out with a trembling voice, pulling those nearby to hide inside buildings. "Quick, hide! At this level of combat, the aftershocks alone could tear us to shreds!"
Even more young Soul Masters took out their soul guidance communication devices to film frantically. Though the images on their screens shook incessantly, they couldn't hide their excitement. "Heavens! It's the Silver Moon Douluo, Cai Yueer! Who is the other one? That Dragon Sparrow phantom... could it be the Dragon Sparrow Douluo?!"
To every Soul Master, the Titled Douluo within the Federation were all household names.
The reaction of Skysea City's high-ranking officials was even swifter.
Inside the City Hall, a councilor slammed his hand on the desk and stood up abruptly. Looking at the real-time footage on the soul guidance screen, his face turned ashen. "Immediately activate the highest-level city defense barrier! Notify the Federation Army's Skysea City branch—full alert! We must not let the battle affect the civilian areas!"
The secretary was already covered in cold sweat, his fingers flying across the soul guidance control panel. "City Lord, the defense barrier is being deployed! But the energy levels of the two Excellencies are too high; the barrier can only withstand thirty percent of the aftershocks at most!"
At the Skysea City Harbor Naval Base, detection personnel stared at the energy values jumping on the screen. With a trembling voice, they dialed the emergency communication: "Headquarters! An ultra-grade combat event has broken out in Skysea City! Two Titled Douluo-level Three-Word Battle Armor Masters are in a fierce battle, and the energy peaks are skyrocketing!"
"Rank ninety-one... ninety-four... ninety-five... ninety-six... it's still rising?! Requesting emergency backup!"
Under the amplification of three-word battle armor, Agravaine and Cai Yueer's Soul Power far exceeded their original Ranks.
Arthur quickly hid beside Mu Ye, looking at the sky in surprise. "Uncle isn't at a disadvantage at all. I remember Cai Yueer is Rank ninety-six."
After a Soul Master becomes a Titled Douluo, the gap between each Rank is massive, especially after becoming a Rank ninety-five Super Douluo.
It truly is a case of 'each Rank is a different World,' where every Breakthrough is a qualitative change.
Mu Ye grinned and locked his gaze onto the two fighting in the sky. "Don't mind Cai Yueer being Rank ninety-six. In terms of three-word battle armor compatibility and Spirit Ability coordination, she's still a notch below your uncle."
"Your uncle's three-word battle armor has been constantly updated and upgraded."
"Most importantly, he's currently pushing the three-word battle armor's power to the absolute limit. He's acting as if he doesn't care if the battle armor is scrapped."
"Regardless of if the battle armor is scrapped?!" Arthur looked closely.
Agravaine's Dragon Sparrow Heaven battle armor was now completely enveloped in golden flames. The feathers of the Dragon Sparrow phantom stood on end like burning blades, but fine cracks had begun to appear at the battle armor's joints—a sign of energy overload.
"You animal!" Mu Chen suddenly started cursing loudly. "He's having his fun, but isn't it me who'll be exhausted in the end?"
