Dulce stood by a window in his room, watching icy rain pelt the distant fields. It was properly winter now, the skies constantly gray. It rained more than it snowed however, causing the ground to freeze over.
Even before the advent of winter, his trips to Fairwyn were usually over in an instant because a Demon took him there, so he didn't have to worry about the worsening weather.
He turned away from the window to get ready for dinner, the cottage was warm from the well-stoked fireplaces so there was no need to layer on clothes.
Dulce left his hair down more often than not recently, he couldn't say why because the cold had very little effect on him. It was more an old habit he kept from before he lost his memories.
It had been very peaceful recently, all three Demons spent most of the time with him in the leisure room, it was a pleasant surprise. Even the gray landscape outside the windows looked less lonely now.
