Chapter 208 - Chapter 196: Little Tyrannosaurus

Stormfront's heart jumped into her throat.

He had hit the truth directly.

She did make a deal with Mallory.

Stormfront let Mallory go, then casually found a woman nearby with a similar age and build to Mallory and brutally killed her.

After that, she deliberately destroyed the dead woman's face before bringing the body back to Seven Tower as proof.

Stormfront knew it would not be easy to get past Homelander, so she had made some preparations.

But now that Alex had exposed her secret in one sentence, she was still nervous.

Only, nothing showed on her face.

After a while, she spread her hands and said, "If you don't believe me, you can do a DNA test."

"Or you can kill me right here."

"Really?"

Alex smiled, then his eyes lit up. After slightly adjusting the solar radiation output, he shot two burning golden beams at Stormfront.

The "heat rays" landed on Stormfront's chest, and the woman screamed at once.

As a superhuman, her body was far stronger than an ordinary person's.

Even stronger than many other superhumans.

In the original series, Stormfront had endured Homelander's "laser eyes."

But now, Alex's "heat rays" were on a completely different level from the original owner's "laser eyes."

Even without using full power, they were nowhere near comparable.

Stormfront could not even hold on for one second before screaming. The skin on her chest quickly carbonized. The scorching beams had already entered her body and were moving toward her heart.

A moment later, her delicate heart would be struck by the "heat rays."

No matter how strong she was, once her heart was destroyed, she would definitely die.

In an instant, understood she only had two choices.

One was to fight back and see if she could escape from Homelander alive.

The second was to gamble that Homelander was only testing her.

She chose to gamble.

Because she was not confident she could escape from Homelander.

When the heat ray was already close to Stormfront's heart, the two burning beams finally disappeared.

Stormfront could no longer hold herself up. Her whole body went weak, and she collapsed onto the floor.

She gasped hard, feeling soaked through inside and out.

Alex looked at her with a smile and said, "I just wanted to check how tough your body is. You're not going to blame me, right?"

'I want to kill you, you bitch!'

'I'll chop you into pieces and cut off your head to feed the dogs!"

Stormfront's mind was in chaos, but when she looked up, she wore a bright smile.

"Of course not. No, I definitely won't blame you."

Alex laughed, reached out to pull Stormfront up, and pointed at her.

"I believe you."

"There's no need for any DNA testing either."

"You did well."

"Go rest. Take a shower and relax."

Stormfront nodded, "Alright, then I'll go?"

"Take that thing with you too."

Alex pointed at the suitcase lying in the command hall.

After Stormfront left, Alex smiled again.

Then he spoke in a voice only he could hear, "What did Mallory trade to save her life?"

"Probably some kind of information."

"What kind of information would Liberty be interested in?"

"Could it be Soldier Boy?"

"Homelander's biological father?"

"That's very possible. Mallory probably told her that Soldier Boy has the ability to kill me."

"Stormfront doesn't seem like the type of woman who easily believes others."

"The reason she believed Mallory is probably because that old woman also told her Soldier Boy's identity."

"That works too."

"Go ahead. Bring all the rats hiding in the gutter right in front of me, so I don't have to find them one by one."

"That would be too troublesome."

[Inside a Secret Base]

Minister Wilson looked at the little boy in the training room below.

Ryan!

At this moment, there were shooting targets placed in front of Ryan.

An instructor beside him said, "Come on, Ryan."

"Show me your power."

"Destroy all these targets!"

Ryan clenched his fists with both hands and stared at those targets.

He stood there for five minutes, but nothing happened.

The instructor planned to provoke the boy.

"What's wrong, you can't do it?"

"You're not about to cry, are you, little princess?"

"Ryan, are you even a man?"

"If you are, then show me your strength."

Dr. Vogelbaum stood beside the minister and shook his head, "Ryan is different from Homelander. He grew up beside Becca."

"Becca raised him into a gentle child."

"A sheep."

"Not the wolf or lion you wanted."

Minister Wilson smiled slightly, "I don't think so. I have full confidence in Ryan."

The minister picked up a microphone and said, "Ryan, don't be nervous."

"It's okay."

"You have to believe that you have that power."

"You're that man's son. What he can do, you can do too."

"If you don't mind, I want to stimulate you a little."

"I believe you'll soon be able to draw out your own power."

After speaking, Wilson did not ask for Ryan's opinion and pressed a remote control.

A screen inside the training room lit up.

On the screen was a peaceful house bathed in bright afternoon sunlight.

Every detail of the house, including the lawn and every plant around it.

Ryan knew it all too well.

Because this was his home. It held all the memories of his childhood.

Just then, a person appeared on the screen.

Blond hair, blue eyes, a cold expression.

Wearing a blue battle suit, with a star-spangled cape fluttering behind him.

That person's eyes lit up, then golden flames shot out.

The flames blasted into the house, and with a loud boom, the house exploded.

Fire burst out from the house one after another. Sparks flew everywhere, and thick smoke rolled out.

After the explosion stopped, the camera moved closer. In the ruins of the house, a charred corpse appeared on the screen.

"MOM!"

Ryan clenched his small fists and shouted angrily.

His eyes lit up instantly.

Then two dark red beams shot out, easily slicing through a human-shaped target.

But Ryan still could not vent his anger. He shouted while continuously moving the beams, cutting the human-shaped targets in half one after another.

"That's enough."

"Stop now."

"I said stop right now, you little bastard!", the instructor's voice rang out.

That harsh, unpleasant voice made Ryan extremely angry.

The little boy shouted and turned his head.

The two dark red beams swept out a streak of light across the instructor's body.

The instructor froze for a moment. Then his arms and chest, the left and right halves slipped apart and quickly fell down, turning into a pile of flesh pieces.

Only then did Ryan stop. An eight-year-old boy had never seen such a bloody scene before.

He was so frightened that he collapsed onto the floor.

Seeing what happened in the training room, Wilson's expression turned serious.

Dr. Vogelbaum lowered his voice and said, "Congratulations. You've released a little tyrannosaurus."
