Chapter 33
JAY'S POV
Kuya Angelo " one of our neighbour's called to tell that some people came in a car with their mask on and they started burning our house, by the time they called police and they chased them away the fire became too big to be controlled . Then fire department was called, they tried to control the fire but I think mostly everything is burnt.
Keifer " I'll take my car. I am also reaching your house."
Kuya was too shocked so he just nodded. We all sat in the car. After 2 hours we reached our house which was full burnt from outside. Seeing the burnt house made Tita sob hard. We all were standing shocked seeing our house burnt. Just then we heard a voice from behind.
Kaizer " what the hell happened here now. Do you have a new enemy Gemini"
Tita Gemma " Not now Kaizer"
Do they know each other.
Kaizer " where will all live your house is pretty unlivable for now"
Even if he was not wrong that comment did pinch us a bit. I don't know why and when my legs started moving and I started going towards the house and I was going inside I saw my burnt bicycle, our burnt garden. Then I entered our house all our furniture was burnt. I don't think anything was left to salvage. I heard a so from behind me that made me stop on track and turn around , everyone was behind me. Then I started going up to my room.
Tita Gemma " Careful be ....careful "
I just nod my head in a yes and continue going to my room. I see my room is also burnt but a corner was safe. My bed is burnt with it all my plushies are burnt . My cupboard is fully burnt. A corner was safe because of suitcase, the company advertised it as heat/fire resistant I thought that was just fake advertising but it really is fire resistant. And because it was so big it was covering my small book shelf. Only my books and stuff inside the suitcase is safe. I brought both of them outside. Aries brought a steel box outside.
Aries " only this box is safe"
Kuya Angelo " what's in it?"
Aries (looking at Keifer and me)" after my fight with Keifer and after I stopped talking with Jay . I kept all my memories photos and other stuff related to them in this box. And only this box is safe "
We brought our stuff outside.
Ate Katyayani " you can live with us until you find a permanent solution"
Kaizer " their enemy might come after your house if they see you helping them"
Kuya Angelo " unfortunately he is correct. I would have taken everyone to Lola's house but Aries and Jay have school here"
Kaizer " they can stay at my house you know very big house lots of rooms lots of bodyguard "
Tita Gemma " what are you trying to Kaizer "
Kaizer " Just helping an old ' friend' "
All the things that were happening it started hurting my brain.
ARIES POV
Everyone was talking and trying to find a solution but my attention was on my Jay she is standing too still as if trying to stop herself from fainting.
Aries " Jay sit down, relax. What happened?"
Everyone's focus shifted to us.
Mumma " doctor said absolutely no stress for her for few days"
She was almost going to fall . Before i could catch her somebody else caught her. Not Kuya, not Keifer but Keifer's dad Kaizer. What the hell! Why did he catch her.
Ate Katyayani " for now it would be better if we take her to my house"
Kuya Angelo " You can give her to us . Thank you for saving her "
He gives her to Kuya now I can relax. Even if we now know that he is not 100% evil but still we cannot fully trust him . We entered the Maitra's house.
KEIFER'S POV
I don't know why but even we entered the Maitra's house. Angelo put Jay on a bed in one of their guest room first. This house is different. I don't think I have seen this type of interior design. Yajna was staying with Jay in guest room. I was with her obviously. Keigan and Keigan were with me.
Keiren " what happened to her why did she faint again Kuya"
Keifer " Doctor has told her to take no stress. But she got a bad news of her house burning that's why. We should let her rest lets go outside."
We went out . Keigan and Yajna were again holding hands we were going to the living room but it was only me and Keire that reached living room they deviated from the way. In the living room everyone was discussing what to do next. I would have the happiest with the news of Jay living with me only if my father was not here. He is not totally a culprit but he is not fully innocent.
Tita Gemma " fine , they will be living in your house for a month till something is arranged. "
Dad " so its decided that Aries and Jay are going to live with me. By the way Gemini do you know how your sister and her father met (taht made Tita Gemma gave him a side eye) ok no answer. You do know you enemy burnt your house and your old mother is living in another house alone with no bodyguard. "
That made us realize he is saying right and Lola's life might be in danger.
Angelo " they burnt our house when we were not here meaning they are just trying to scare us ,to warn us and not literally harm us right now. But we have to go to Lola immediately "
Just then Jay comes out. Ate Katyayani went to her and helped her. These Keigan and Yajna are in their own world.
Tita Gemma " Jay don't take stress it's not good for you. You have to rest for atleast 2 to 3 days."

KAIZER POV
Everyone was busy discussing what to do .they should just listen to me Uff!! And come live with me what's the problem in that. Angelo has alos grown up alot from the last time I met him. I mean I was close to his father Angel. Me and Serina did take care of him for 3 months.
Kaizer " Don't you think Angelo should stay with them"
Angelo " I will come to meet them on weekends. (Mumbling) cant leave her alone with him"
That made Keifer and Jay blush . 🤨🤨
Gemini " Jay don't do any mischief "
Jay (she looked at her )" HAWWW!!"
That made everyone chuckle a bit.
Gemini " and both of you don't 'talk' much okk"
They again blushed .
I don't think anyone realize but Keigan and Yajna are not present here . I observe everything. I know everything.
