To be honest, he had wanted to go up and help, but he quickly realized he probably couldn't interfere in a fight between those two. Rushing in rashly would likely have made him more of a hindrance than a help, so he had simply stayed put.
He then turned and ordered the people around him, "Quick, get the wounded to the cars! Give first aid to those who can be saved, then get them to the nearest medical station!"
He then called out to Cai Si, who had pushed his way to the front. "Fourth Brother, go secure Scarface. Don't let him die. We still need his testimony."
